"Ready?" Shisui asked. The wind blew through their hair as they stood at the training grounds. "Here I come!" He warned his opponent across from him as he ran forward. Shisui drew out his tantō, angling it down to his side until he was closer.

Shisui swung his tantō at her shoulder once she was in range, only for it to be stopped by her own. Her eyes weren't opened, but Shisui knew her senses were at sharp as ever. She threw him off and pivoted to her right and countered again when he took another swing at her.

"C'mon Shisui, I know you can get past my defenses." She chided him and slid her blade against his. She rolled on her shoulder since she had too much momentum whilst Shisui stumbled. She swung back to her feet in a matter of seconds whereas it took Shisui a while to get his bearings back.

"Even without your eyesight, you're still a tough opponent, Hagami." Shisui admitted as he sheathed his tantō. "You'll be a great teacher once Sakura's child is born."

Hagami's eyebrows quirked in confusion.

"What? Since when?" She didn't let down her guard from past experiences where Shisui struck at her when she was distracted.

"You didn't know? About a week ago it was confirmed. I thought news got to you already. It's why Sasuke's been in the Village for about a month now." Shisui straightened his back. "Did you seriously not know that?"

"Well, obviously not." Hagami scoffed and judged her movements based off of Shisui's chakra. "Sasuke hasn't told me anything about this." She added.

"Maybe he's embarrassed." Shisui snickered. "I mean, you're not married yet and their going to have their first child in an average of nine months."

"Shut up, I have no interested in being married." Hagami retorted. "And you're one to talk, I haven't heard anything about you being married either." She heard Shisui grunt in realization and defeat. "Also, is there anymore surprises I should know too? With Itachi and Izumi, since I know they've been married for a while now."

"No, not as far as I know. They're focused on stabilizing the Uchiha Clan's relation with the rest of the other Villages hence...you." Shisui answered.

"Ah, understandable." Hagami responded and a small silence passed over them. However, eventually Hagami broke it, "Do you really think I'll be a good teacher to their child? I wasn't a very good influence to you, Itachi, and Sasuke, not to mention Sasuke's generation."

"I wouldn't worry too much, Hagami." Shisui responded. "You managed to teach the three of us about honing our sixth sense and using it in battle."

"But that was through demonstration. I never really taught it. I was lucky that you three learn visually, not verbally or tactically." Hagami murmured. "What if their child doesn't learn the way I teach?"

"Come on, Hagami. You underestimate your teaching abilities. I've learned so much from you, like how to fight in an obscure way. I've learned that I shouldn't fight from known forms because the enemy might know them." Shisui gave an example. "Oh, and the most important thing: to be selfless for those you love."

Hagami tensed up.

"Be careful with that last one. Once we learn to love, we bear the risk of hate." Hagami warned him and Shisui's face fell, despite her not seeing it. "I know your facial expression just changed."

"You always have to think things too far through and end up with the worse case scenario, don't you?" Shisui chuckled.

"It's better than being oblivious to them." Hagami retorted but her face quickly broke into a grin. "But still, being selfless has it's relief. It allows the person who risked their life to know that their actions weren't for nothing, as long as you have enough precautions and fail-safes."
