Before I knew it I had arrived to the Uchiha head home. I wasn't sure what happened to Sasuke or the other members of my team having been lost in thought. The first thing I did was bathe and change my horrid outfit. I put on a comfy pair of leggings and a large red sweater that covered my butt.
I sat on my bed for a moment and closed my eyes. I listened intently for any sign of Sasuke. He wasn't in the house, that I was sure. Allowing myself to fall deeper into my senses I eventually located Sasuke at the Uchiha training grounds. I frowned as I opened my eyes and cut off my mental reach.
We just finished training and Sasuke is training... again? Is he some sort of addict?
I stood and made my way out of the house towards where I could smell Sasuke's sweaty self. I didn't bother with shoes already having decided they were dumb and I would wear them as little as possible without looking weird. I came into the clearing in time to see the last bit of some sort of fire jutsu fizzle out at Sasuke's fingertips. He didn't break composure at his failure, but I could tell he was upset.
"What do you want?" he snapped at me, no doubt still feeling the burn of his mistake. I opened my mouth to respond but immediately shut it.
Why did I come out here in the first place?
"Nothing I guess." Sasuke gave me a weird look.
"Then quit bothering me." I sighed, not understanding why I sought out Sasuke when I knew he would be hostile towards me.
"Ok, maybe I'll find Kiba." I thought aloud as I began to wander towards the gate. Sasuke scoffed at me but I ignored him.
"That idiot?" he called loud enough for me to turn back to him. Sasuke stood with his hands in his pockets, his right side facing me as he watched the ground as if he expected it to move.
"I don't think he's an idiot." I finally spoke as Sasuke moved only his eyes to watch me.
"You've known him for a day." He pointed out finally withdrawing a hand from his pocket to wipe a bead of sweat from his forehead. I furrowed my brow suddenly feeling protective over Kiba and Akamaru.
"So? I happen to be a very good judge of character." Sasuke turned his head fully to face me and I suddenly felt like my comeback was extremely stupid.
"You, a good judge of character? You've lived with wolves for the last five years. You don't know anything about character." His words hit home. They were much more true than I would ever want them to be.
"Call it instinct then." I sneered at the boy before turning on my heel and making a hasty retreat, his words leaving an uncomfortable sting in my chest.

"Miyu, can you locate our target?" Kakashi-sensei asked through the connection in my earpiece. Each member of our team had one for another of our tedious D rank missions. I took a big sniff from my position in the forest. Sasuke's familiar scent was the first to hit my nose. Much to my annoyance I always seemed to find him first. Naruto and Sakura were next to reach my senses.
"Sakura move east, you're falling out of range." I spoke having located my team.
We were currently searching for a lost cat. Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura were the mobile team. Their job was to move to the positions I allocated. I stayed out of the way focusing fully on my senses alone to guide them.
