Incubus' POV

The man was like a giant blonde haired boulder. He was also a Fear demon.

He came strolling in, clearly already having some sort of knowing or plan that Starlight and I were here. He looked around the bar, trying to locate us. He saw Starlight's hunched and drunk figure first and immediately started towards him. I looked over--properly--at the blonde girl who was now stroking the side of my face, for the first time since she sat down in my lap. She smiled seductively at me, looking into my eyes. I grinned back at her, my dazed state still having a grip on me, and did something in front everyone, that I would never do.

Licking my lips, I looked at her smiling mouth. She took this as encouragement and bent down to kiss me. Unfortunately for her, she never got that kiss. Hell, it was the last encounter with the opposite sex she would ever have.

I let her bend down until her lips were brushing mine. Still staring down at her mouth, my grin widened and formed into a smirk. In that moment, I probably looked like a serial killer straight out of a horror movie, or even something out of Hell...well, I sort of was.

Slightly opening my mouth, like I was taking a deep breath, I slowly started seeping away what she valued more than her fake boobs, her dyed hair and her money. Her soul.

It came out, a sparkling, crackling--like fire--formation; a cloud almost, though you could define her figure and her features.

Blueish, ghastly eyes stared widely into my now red ones, as I stole her soul. Who knew I could steal something more than just dreams. I guess this was another one of my 'legacies'. Soon, she was laying across my legs, lifeless.

This could've been the perfect scene in a horror movie: a high demon with a dead chick laying across his legs.

My red eyes flicked from her dead body to the boulder who was standing next to Starlight, staring at me. Everyone in the bar was. I stood up, the girl's body falling to the floor. Smirking like the demon I was, I stepped over her inanimate figure and stared down every terrified and shocked human in the bar until stopping my gaze to give Starlight a sarcastic and devious wink and then finally, switching my gaze to the towering beast. His head was only a few meters away from touching the ceiling of the building and he stood at least a head taller than Moby, the bar owner who was also probably the tallest man in town.

And then, everyone stared screaming and running for the door. They were all drunk so Starlight and I wouldn't have to worry hunting every one of them down and going through the process of erasing their memories of this particular moment.

The only ones left standing in the now empty bar (except for the passed out figures slouching on chairs, tables and the floor) were a gaping Starlight, the human wall and me.

Starlight was shocked at what I had done with the lifeless girl, just as the Fear demon was--otherwise he would be trying to kick my arse.

The Fear demon recovered faster than Starlight and came charging at me. It was a largely unlikely and very improbable chance that I would end up on top of him, punching and beating in his face until his teeth broke and his nose cracked and his facial features started to morph into a bloody mess, because of the almost drunk and high state of euphoria I was in. The girl's soul had triggered something in my mind which made me see colours bouncing off of every surface in the bar and to feel like I was light as a feather and floating like I could fly. Who knows, what if that was another one of my legacies...?

The fight ended quick. It was just a blur to me anyway, I realized as I straddled the bleeding, unconscious Fear demon underneath me, my fists still raised.

Panting, I let Starlight haul me up and away from the Fear demon, away from the dead girl and away from the bar.

He took me home and I passed out onto the couch, remembering that my last thought, before I fell into the waiting darkness, was: how did I ever manage to single-handedly beat that guy up? He was a sumo wrestler compared to me.
