Ok, so basically I wrote this ages ago but had given it to my 'wonderful' editor to edit. But she still hadn't edited it and I saw that my reads were growing (yay!) so I decided oh, wat the heck and edited it myself. Soz for the massive delay :) But hey, im introduced a new character, Aaron Skiezer. What do ya think of him?

AND NOW FOR THE MUCH AWAITED (well atleast I hope it's the much awaited) CHAPTER! ENJOY!!! :)

Chapter 5

Even though I ran the fastest I had ever run in my entire life! And! Was completely

out of breath I still was late! Which was really frustrating seeing as my hard work

went to fail. I mean I’d always imagined myself running the fastest in my life if

like a massive tiger, or bear or whatever chased me. But this, this was completely

ridiculous. “Ms. McKenzie may I know the reason behind your lack of punctuality?”

Mr. Kanae asked, referring to me as I walked in the classroom.

“Oh, I …..Uh” I began, not sure how to explain the fact that I had just changed back

to a human just an hour ago. “My mum…she...Uh… wanted me to run some errands for

her” I blurted. Mr. Kanae didn’t look like he believed me but still let me of.

As I sat down on my seat (which was next to Abi’s) she started telling me that her hot

cousins were coming over. I listened to her go on and on about how hot her cousins

were and how she thought one of them liked her. I mean, no offence, but I seriously

don’t get how someone could like their cousins. General boys, ok. But cousins?

I was glad when form time ended. “Abi, I’ll see you at break” I said and hurried out of

the class. After I turned the corner I started slowing down as I headed to Math’s.

People always said they hated Math’s but I liked it and that’s why they called me a nerd,

jokingly. I mean, what’s so wrong about Math’s?

When I entered the classroom I realized that there was a substitute teacher for Ms.

Kiowa (our math’s teacher). I sighed and went to my desk only to realize it was taken

by a boy called Adam Reece. “Adam, get out” I said.

“Can I sit here?” he asked. “Pretty please” he said, seeing that my expression hadn’t

changed. “Fine” I sighed and went to find another seat. The worst thing about having

a supply teacher is people always take your seat and to add to the trouble you have to

do boring work from textbooks all lesson long.

“Ok, class quite down” the supply said. “My name is Mrs. Smith and I’m going

to be your substitute teacher for today as Ms. Kiowa is sick” she continued once she

had the class’s attention. I was sitting next to a girl called Julia Sanders and the seat

next to me was empty. “Adam could you please hand out the textbooks, one between

two” Mrs. Smith asked. Suddenly, Jake Cast walked into the room. Yes, the Jake Cast

who’s party me and Abi went to a few days ago. “How may I help you?” Mrs. Smith
