I ran for a good 15 minutes before remembering about Ozzie. I couldn't leave her with that murderer! But I also can't stand to look at uncle or mom.
I stopped in my pace. I realized I was a couple blocks from home and I was in the middle of the road.
It'd be a long walk home but I can't leave Ozzie. I turned to go back home. Two round lights were headed my way.
They were almost 3 feet in front of me when I realized it was a car. I was frozen and too slow to move, it should have rammed me but it stopped only inches from my face.
It was a black limo for prom. A door opened and Tyler walked out.
"Nappy, get out the road!" He yelled. He was dressed in a blue tux and actually looked civilized.
My dad is probably dead, I have to walk home to rescue Oz, I'm probably gonna miss prom, and now I have to deal with this D-Bag. I started to cry again.
Tyreese walked out the limo dressed in a black tux. He looked worried. "Are you okay?" He asked. I just sobbed some more.
Tyreese walked over to me and helped me up. I cried and covered my face but didn't resist Tyreese's pull.
He let me sit in the limo. He told the driver to keep going to their destination.
Rick, Tyler, and Fiona were looking at me with blank faces. I ignored them and cried into my hands.
Beer bottles and trash littered the limo floor.
"Um, why is she here?" Fiona dryly asked.
"Do you wanna talk about it?" Tyreese asked ignoring Fiona's question.
I shook my head and cried some more.
"Dang, something really broke her". Rick commented.
"Shut it dude!" Tyreese snapped.
"Is she riding with us or noh because I don't need some sad dog ruining my perfect prom".
"How would you feel if you were crying on the side of the road!" Tyreese yelled. Never has he stuck up for me, especially to Fiona. Those two were like bestys.
"Clearly something really bad has happened, will you stop being inconsiderate and try to help her!"
Tyler popped up. "I got it!" Tyler handed me a small colorful...sticker? It looked like a sticker.
"Really dude?" Tyreese said.
"What!?!" Said Tyler. "Obviously what ever happened is her fault and she wouldn't mind forgetting it, this would help her forget, she'll feel better".
I held the sticker looking thing in between my fingers. "Just put it under your tongue".
I did what was instructed. Nothing happened. How was a edible sticker suppose to solve my problems?!? I need to find Ozzie.
I would've told them to take me home but we already arrived at Prom.
Students were hanging outside and inside. You'd hear the music from inside. It was fabulous and I wish I could go look for Yael but I need to get back to Ozzie.
"Tyreese I-
"Whoooo Prom!" Rick cheered as he ran out the limo. The rest of them rushed out the limo like animals do a trap. I wiped my smeared mascara off and Tyreese helped me out.
"Tyreese, come on!" Fiona called trying to sound innocent. Tyreese looked back at me than left with Fiona.
"Wait!" I called. I walked after Tyreese but suddenly, a wall appeared.
