Leola and Ozzie vs. The World

Chapter 24

   Tyler is alive!?! If he's alive does that mean everyone else who escaped prom is alive?

    Tyler tugged me on arm and yelled at me. "Grab the girl and lets go!" He yelled.

    I snapped out of it and grabbed Ozzie. Tyler ran into a building and I followed him. The building was dark but Tyler ran into the basement. I ran into the basement and caught Tyler lifting up a sewerage cap.

    "Go, go, go!" Tyler chanted. I crawled in the sewer and climbed down the ladder. I jumped down and almost screamed when I saw all the zombies. Tyler quickly covered my mouth.

    "Shhhh". He whispered. He ran with light feet against the wall to another ladder. The zombies didn't notice. I copied him and the zombies didn't notice me either.

    Tyler opened another sewer cap and we crawled into it. We were in a shed.

    "Come on". Tyler urged. He opened the shed door and we were at a mansion! A beautiful giant white  house with a pool right next to the ocean! I looked around and we were surrounded by mansions. We must be in the rich park of Palm Bay.

    Ozzie would love this. Ozzie! She was knocked out in my hands with blood and vomit all over her.

    "Tyler, do you have a doctor?!?"  I asked hastily.

   "Er, yeah, lets get inside". He led me inside the mansion. The inside was coated with white marble and in the middle of the doorway, there was a golden staircase. I didn't have anytime to enjoy the architecture.

    "Where is he?" I asked once we were inside.

    "Did you bring a extra mouth to feed!?!" Yelled a angry face. Rick came from the kitchen. "Nappy!" "How'd you get here?"

    I gritted my teeth. "Where the hell is the doctor!"  I demanded. They're wasting my time.

    "Yael!" Tyler called. "We need your help!"

     Wait...Yael is alive! Joy filled my heart when I saw Yael walk down the stairs. A smile spread across his face when he saw me.

    "Leo!" He cheered. As much as I wanted to run into his arms, I couldn't. Ozzie needs help.

   "Yael". I said. "Ozzie's sick, can you please help her, they said you're a doctor".

      Yael sensed my concern. "O-ok". He took Ozzie from my hands and went upstairs. I followed Yael into a bedroom where lied Ozzie down  on a table then put on some gloves.

    "Leola...you're gonna have to wait  outside". He said. I took one last look at Ozzie then went outside.

    I waited for a hour. While waiting I found out Tyreese was alive here too. He kept trying to comfort me but I was a nervous wreck. There was also two new people.

    His name was Howard and he was about the same amount of jerk Rick was. Howard was short and freckled with dark hair and green eyes. He said he grew up in Palm Bay and his family was rich. All he did was brag.

     The other was a nicer girl named Alex. She had long hair pulled into a ponytail and pretty dark eyes. She was pretty and smart. She grew up in Palm Bay too.

    Yael finally came out the room. He was covered in puke but it didn't seem to bother him.

    "Is she ok?" I asked rushing up to him.

     "She better not be infected". Howard mumbled.

    "No douche bag". Shouted Yael to Howard. Howard rolled his eyes and went downstairs. Yael turned back to me.
