Get Together

-Dani’s (POV)-

-Dani’s Apartment-

I’m looking through my closet for something to wear to the get together at Rachel, Quinn, and Santana’s place. I pick out a shirt and look at it than toss it to the side. I look at the time I have about two hours before I have to get there. Although Rachel did say that I could go over there anytime I wanted I just didn’t feel comfortable enough to go early. I pick out another shirt it’s a light blue button up shirt I decide that it is good enough I put in on my bed than I grab a pair of skinny jeans I grab a pair of shoes that go perfectly with the outfit I get dressed.

-Quinn’s (POV)-

Rachel and I are setting up for the get together we made sandwiches we put out cheese and crackers and we also set up a karaoke machine so that people can sing if they wanted to.

Rachel: Hey baby?

Quinn: Hmm?

Rachel: Should we get juice or something else other than water to drink?

Quinn: No I think that water is just fine. I mean all the people that we invited only drink water so it will be fine.

Rachel: Are you sure because I d…

I walk up to Rachel and place my hands on her shoulders.

Quinn: It will be fine.

Rachel: Okay I’m sorry I just…

Quinn: I know you just worry.

I kiss her Rachel puts her arms around my neck intensifying the kiss we only stop because Santana says something.

Santana: Do you two really have to do that in the middle of the kitchen? I mean seriously you guys have a room to do that crap in.

Rachel: Wow someone is grumpy.

Santana: I’m not grumpy I’m just…

Quinn: Grumpy.

Santana glares at me I just smile she rolls her eyes.

Rachel: By the way miss grumpy pants you look nice.

Rachel is right Santana does look nice she looks nicer than usual she has a tight dark blue dress on that goes to her thighs and it shows all of her curves she has her black high heels on which she only wears on special occasions this must be a special occasion. Her hair is curled just a little.

Santana: Thank you Berry.

Rachel: Mhm.

Santana: So is Dani here yet?

Rachel: No n…

There is a knock on the door Santana walks off to get it.

-Santana’s (POV)-

When I hear the knock at the door I walk off and answer it when I answer it I see Dani standing there and she looks gorgeous she has a light blue button up shirt that has the first three buttons buttoned so you can see her cleavage, she has tight skinny jeans on that show her curves and light blue converse on.

Dani: Are you going to let me in or are you just going to stand there and stare at me?

Santana: Oh uh sorry come on in.

I move to the side she walks in and looks around I close the door.

Dani: This place is nice.

Santana: Rachel and Kurt found it when they first moved here.

Dani: Who is Kurt?

Rachel and Quinn walk out of the kitchen to us.

Rachel: He is our friend he moved to California with his husband Blaine.

Dani: Oh that’s cool. So it’s just the three of you living here?

Rachel: Yeah.

Dani: Cool.

Quinn: Why don’t we go sit in the living room?

Dani: Oh yeah sure.

All four us go to the living room Rachel and Quinn sit on the love seat and cuddle together Dani and I sit on the couch.

-Rachel’s (POV)-

Quinn, Dani, Santana, and I are sitting in the living room and I can’t help but notice the way Santana looks at her.

Rachel: So where are you from Dani?

Dani: I’m from Dallas, Texas.

Rachel: What made you come to New York?

Dani: Oh I had a huge blow out with my parents.

Quinn: What kind of blow out?

Dani: They caught me making out with a girl in the basement.

Rachel: Really?

Dani: Mhm they basically told me that it was sin and they were ashamed of me so I grabbed my guitar and left.

Quinn: Any regrets?

Dani: None.

Dani smiles before I know it three hours pass and no one showed up for the get together. Quinn and I go to the kitchen and start to clean up Santana and Dani walk into the kitchen

Santana: Well it looks like no one showed up.

Rachel: Someone did.

I look at Dani and smile.

Dani: Well I was invited it would have been rude if I didn’t show up, plus it gave me a chance to get to know you three more.

Dani smiles and starts to help clean up.

-Dani’s (POV)-

Everything is cleaned up Santana and I are sitting on the couch talking Quinn and Rachel went to bed.

Santana: Do you have work tomorrow?

Dani: No, but I do have class.

Santana: What time does your class start?

Dani: Nine.

Santana: What time does it end?

Dani: Eleven why?

Santana: Maybe we could do lunch tomorrow I don’t work either.

Dani: I would love to do lunch.

I smile a little so does Santana.

Santana: It doesn’t have to be a date or anything just friends having lunch together.

Dani: Sounds good to me.

We talk for a couple more hours than I decide that I should go I get up so does she we exchange numbers and take pictures of each other. Santana walks me to the door she opens the door for me.

Santana: Text me when you get home.

Dani: I will.

Santana: All right well I had a good time getting to know you tonight.

Dani: Same here I’ll see you tomorrow.

Santana: See you.

I give Santana a hug and walk out of the door.
