I woke up bright and early. It was 6am a time of day I didn't usually see. I went into the bus' small kitchenette which was right next to my bed.

I opened the fridge and found a full carton of almond milk, a banana and orange juice. I also rummaged through the cupboards and found a plastic bowl and opened box of granola.

I checked the granola's ingredients for any animal products and found nothing I don't eat in it.

I grabbed a plastic plate from the same cupboard as the bowl and began to chop the banana.

"I wondered who the almond milk was for." I jumped out of my skin.

"Fuck!" I turned around after putting the dull knife down. It was that blue haired beauty, Awsten.

"Shh. You'll walk everyone up. So are you lactose intolerant?" He grabbed the orange juice and two cups, before pouring us both a glass.

"No, I'm vegan. I heard you didn't like to share your orange juice." He chuckled and handed me the paper cup filled with the orange liquid.

"I guess you're on the short list of people I'm willing to share it with." He smiled. I had to look down at my socks to attempt to hide the blush on my pale face.

"So, why are you vegan?" Please don't start asking me weird questions about desert islands and grass, I thought.

"My parents brought me up that way. I actually grew up on an animal rescue farm. So I see all animals as friends because they were my best friends when I was a little girl. Especially when I tried to escape the idiocy of my brothers." He hung onto my every word, nodding along the way.

"No way! That's so cool. Where abouts do you come from? You said you came to the Leeds show and judging by that adorable accent of yours, I'm guessing some where in Yorkshire?" He said Yorkshire like most Americans do York-shy-er, which caused me to giggle.

"Yeah, I grew up in a little village, hebden bridge. It's just a small place filled with hippies. I love it though. I mean it definitely has problems with drugs but it's so scenic." I turned around and finished cutting the banana before placing it and the granola into a bowl, and pouring some almond milk onto it.

Awsten watched me doing this and gulped down some of his beloved orange juice. To be honest I was always more of an apple juice type of girl but I wouldn't ever tell Awsten that.

"You'll have to take me some time. Maybe on our day off after Leeds. I know we're staying there the day after. How far is it from there?" His smile sent butterflies to my stomach.

"It's like an hour in the train. There's not much to do there, though. Just some tourist shops, a picture house, park, skate park, and lots of little cafe's."

"Ooh, maybe we could take Otto and Geoff so they can skate, well Otto unicycle. Actually, I don't know. I think they'd just get in the way." I took a bite of my breakfast.

"Of what?" I said muffed, still eating granola. I'm classy, I know.

"I don't know, you said it was a small village maybe it would be claustrophobic with those two big personalities around." I giggled. What was he on about?

"You're so stupid." I began laughing but not too loudly, conscious of the sleeping.

"Hey! Don't be mean. I shared my orange juice with you." He nudged my shoulder knowing the spoonful of my breakfast over my chin and top.

"Oh shit sorry! I didn't mean to!" I giggled. I truly wasn't that bothered, it's just a shirt that I can wash, nothing special.

"Aws, it's fine don't threat. I wash going to have a shower and change after eating anyway. I've gotta get in the bathroom before there's a line of 7 guys." Awsten scratched his neck and blushed.
