Chapter Seventeen

Isla's POV:

I woke up when I heard Jawn and Otto talking, not so quietly.

My insides felt like they were being torn to shreds. I have been getting frequent periods, but when I do get them, they are so fucking painful.

I checked my phone to see the time, 10:13am. I groaned, I could sleep for another 12 hours.

I rolled over to try fall back asleep, but they were just too noisy. I grabbed so leggings, a hoodie, and comfy underwear, before climbing out of my bunk to go to the bathroom.

"Morning Isla." Otto said way too cheerfully, I shot him a glare and walked into the bathroom. I know that was bitchy but they've just woken me up.

I washed out my cup and then got dressed, my hair and face looked disgusting. I brushed through my birds nest of hair and put it up into a bun. I splashed some cold water onto my face then I noticed a bright red spot on my chin. Ewwww.

I moisturized my face and put some spot serum on the pimples that had taken residence on my chin. I left the bathroom and grabbed my phone from my bunk.

"How are you feeling?" Awsten made me jump.

"Like death and a half." I sighed.

Awsten's POV:

"Why don't you go sit on the sofa in the back room and I'll make you a hot tea?" Isla smiled weakly and nodded.

She went to go sit down and insane her open her laptop. I went over to.l the kitchenette where Jawn and Otto were.

"Hey what's up with Isla today? She gave me a death glare." Otto asked.

"She doesn't mean it. Don't take it to heart." I wasn't going to tell the whole bus that she was code red.

I put a berry tea bag into a mug and poured boiling water on it, leaving it to brew. I grabbed a blanket from my bunk along with the bag of snacks that I got last night.

Geoff came down the stairs.

"Hey guys, want to go be touristy fucks?" I smiled realising he was trying to get everyone off the bus.

"Sure, I'm down. It's better than being on this bus all day." Jawn said. "Are we bringing Mia?" He added.

"Jawn you know she's married right?" I asked him pitifully.

"Yeah, I know. She cool though, so that's why I want her to come." He blushed.

"I'll come." Otto said. "What about you Awsten?"

"No, I think I'm just gonna hang back here chill out with Isla." I smiled.

"Yeah Netflix and chill." Otto winked.

"I hate you all." I said before carrying the snacks, blanket and tea over to the back room.

"Hey." I said, putting the tea down. I placed the blanket over her and she snuggled into it.

"Thank you so much Awsten." She smiled up at me. I then put the plastic bag down onto the table too. "What's that?" Isla asked.

"Well last night, we stopped at the services so I thought that I'd pick up some stuff for our movie marathon. I made sure you could eat everything, I went onto peta's website." Her face lit up.

"That is the nicest thing anyone has done for me!" She held her arms out and gave me a hug. "You're one of a kind, Aws." I laughed and sat down next to her. I saw that she had logic open.
