Chapter Sixteen

Isla's POV:

I watched the show from the side of the stage with Eli and Ella. Eli was holding Ella in his arms, cuddling her from behind, they were perfect.

I kept glancing between my brother and his girlfriend, to Awsten. Watching him perform, made my stomach do somersaults.

After the show, Ella and Eli hung out with the boys in the green room. The show finished at 10: 15 because of the sound curfew and the dressing room and green room closed at 11:30 so I had to be quick about packing up, if I wanted to spend some more time with Eli.

My stomach started to cramp but I just worked through it, I didn't want to loose out on any more twin time.

I finished packing up at about 11pm. I walked into the green room to see them all playing cards against humanity. Eli must have brought it, he loves that game.

Awsten was winning from what I could see. I sat down between Awsten and Ella. I was so tired, I have been up for like 16 hours already.

I yawned.

"You tired bug?" Eli asked. I nodded peaking over at Awsten's cards, he had some really good ones.

"We can go if you want Isla, I don't want to keep you up, plus I'm coming back home for Alaric's birthday. You'll be there right?" Eli said, placing his white card down.

"Yeah it's in the month between the tours." I rubbed my eyes. "Don't go yet, I miss you."

"We won't bug." Awsten's wrapped his arm around my sleepy frame. I watched the game, listening to their laughter.

"Isla." Awsten nudged me. My eyes fluttered open.

"Mmhhm." I looked up at my surroundings, the game was no longer on the table and everyone was standing up.

"We've got to go." Awsten pushed the stray hair away from my face.

"Oh no did I fall asleep?" I sat up.

"Only for 20 minutes, bug." Eli spoke up.

Awsten stood up and helped me up seen as my body was still in nap mode.

"I'm sorry E. I wish I could have seen you more." I hugged him.

"It's okay, I'll see you next month." I nodded and went to give Ella a hug.

"It's been really nice meeting you, keep an eye on Eli will you. Keep him out of trouble." She smiled.

"I'll try. It's been really nice meeting you too. Hope everything goes well with you know who." I laughed, waking up slightly.

"We best should be getting back to the house El." Eli said.

"Aww I don't want you to go." I sulked.

"Isla, you're falling asleep. It won't be too long before we see each other, plus I'm always texting you." I sighed.

We started to walk out of the venue.

"Thank you for coming." I gave Eli one final hug.

"For you, anything." He kissed my forehead. "It's been great meeting you guys!" He said to the boys and they started to walk away.

Bye! Love you!" I shouted to him.

"Love you too, bug!" He shouted in return. I yawned again.

"Lets get you some beauty sleep." Awsten said as we walked onto the bus.

"Aws, would you mind boiling the kettle and making me a fruit tea. I've got stomach cramps and I want to grab a shower." I rubbed my forehead.

"Of course I will. Are you okay? Do you need any pain killers?" He smiled concerned.

"No I'm okay, I just need a hot shower and sleep."

Awsten filled the kettle with water and I grabbed some pyjamas, a towel, and my toiletries.

When I started to undress, I found the cause of my cramps. The monthly curse!

I groaned and turned on the shower. I found my menstrual cup in my toiletries and put it on the side.

After my beautiful hot shower, I dried off, put in my menstrual cup, and put on my pyjamas.

"Hey, is that better?" Awsten asked, mug in hand.

"Nope." I laughed. I took the steaming hot mug from his hand and thanked him.

"Do you think that you're sick?" I snickered and shook my head.

"No, I'm not sick. Just mother nature being a dick." Awsten looked confused but then clicked on, his mouth forming an 'o' shape.

"I'm so glad I'm not a chick." We laughed.

"Don't rub it in." I took a sip of my tea.

"We have the day off tomorrow, wanna watch Disney movies all day and eat shit?" That sounded heavenly.

"You know how to treat a girl, Awsten Knight." I laughed and snuggle on the sofa in the back room, sipping my tea.

Once I had finished, I got into my bunk and fell asleep, watch 3D printing videos on YouTube because I'm a normal girl.

Awsten's POV:

Once Isla had fallen asleep, I went to go talk to Geoff.

"Geoff, I need your help." I poked him to get his attention.

"What is it Awsten?" He asked yawning.

"What do you get Chloe snack wise to make her feel better?" Geoff had more experience with vegan snack than I did and I wanted to make Isla feel better.

"Erm I don't know, Oreos?" He replied.

"Fuck, Oreos are vegan?" I laughed. He nodded. "Okay what else?"

"Like chips that don't have milk, honey, egg, or like animal stuff in, I don't know, why?" He stretched out his arms.

"Because Isla's not feeling too great and tomorrow, I want to just watch films we her and eat, but I don't know what she can eat." Geoff smiled at me like a was a puppy performing a trick.

"That's so cute, you like this girl. You don't just spend hours watching films with just anyone. Do you want me to try get everyone out of the way?" Geoff smirked.

"It would be nice to get some more alone time." Geoff raised his eyebrows suggestively. "Not like that you dick." I punched his arm.

"Dude go onto Google and type in accidentally vegan but uk. I do it all the time, it's like my cheat sheet for Chloe." He laughed and I nodded.

"Thanks man, I'm going to get Pete to stop at services so I can buy shit and surprise her tomorrow with it." Geoff patted me on the shoulder and I went back downstairs to get googling.
