Rose didn't look at me the entire day, which was frustrating.

I had something to tell her.

Why is she avoiding me?

I saw her body figure from far as I went after her before it was too late, but I stopped when Jaebum showed up out of nowhere. I had no clue what was going on and decided to hide in the corner to eavesdrop on their conversation.

As soon as I heard about it, I was furious.

I, myself, was confused to feel this way.

However, the fact that they were so close as if they're a couple makes me piss off.

Why am I like this?

I shouldn't be showing feelings to humans.

In the corner of my eyes, I saw an unknown man watching Rose from far at the rooftop and disappeared in a flash when I discovered him. No vampires could ever disappear like that.

I furrowed my eyes instantly as I became anxious.

I couldn't feel his aura at all. My thoughts were all gone when Jaebum spotted me hiding in the corner, "What are you doing spacing out like that, Jimin ssi?"

I immediately came out nervous, but Rose was no longer with him. I widened my eyes instantly, "Were you with Rose just a while ago?"

"She went back to class. Why?"

"An unknown man with different power and aura unlike us was watching Rose for a while. He's a complete different."

"What are you talking about? We're the only ones."

I shook my head in disagreement, "No, he's human."

Jaebum then knew right away what I was talking about and wore poker face instead.

Could it be?

"No, you're wrong. Are you that worried? Are you by any chance falling in love with Rose?"

I gave him a disgusted look and shook my head in disbelief, which I was caught in a lie. Jaebum nodded his head teasingly, "I'm right~ You like her."

I was beyond speechless at him for saying it aloud.

I left him alone to tease me.

That night, I couldn't sleep because of Rose.

She left the dorm to hunt.

I have been craving blood since then. Every night I craved for blood, I'd leave after Rose. I know myself that she won't feel the same way as I do towards her and every seconds, I'd feel anxious because I've betrayed my clan.

That is...falling in love with her.

I then went to school to look for blood. Before I could leave, I felt someone's presence coming towards school, making me hide my presence.

This presence...it can't be.

My eyes shook when I felt Jaebum's presence and saw him inside the classroom. It was weird of him not hiding his presence. Therefore, I became nervous and worried.

My whole body went numb when our eyes met and he smirked, making me groove my eyebrows confusedly.

I became alert of what his intentions are, making me use my ability to hear their conversations, "Don't move."

"Why did it have to be you?"

"...?"

"I guess I'm busted?"

"Why are you so surprised? I thought you knew?"

"J-Jaebum...you're a vampire?"

"Yeah. I am a vampire."

"Since when? I mean, h-how?"

"I have the ability to lower my aura. That's why- "

"I can't feel your presence whenever I'm with you?"

I was just speechless as I couldn't believe he exposed himself. It made me wonder why.

What made him suddenly expose himself?

"Are you scared of me?"

I gulped nervously when I imagined myself being in his shoes.

I had mixed emotions, realizing that it would eventually happen in the future.

Rose looks so betrayed, unable to move since she was blown away to know the truth, "Kill me. It's your chance."

My eyes widened, "W-What are you doing? Go back to your human form."

"This is my true form."

The fact that he admitted his identity and decided to be kill by her. However, the next event was beyond shocking. Before he did so, he said one last thing, "I'm sorry for everything."

He killed himself with his own bare hands.

I furrowed my eyebrows confusingly.

That's weird. Why did he not use his power to kill himself?

I came back to reality, knowing who would be in real pain, which is Rose.

She's not the Black Rose I know. She still has a soft heart for the people whom she's affectionate to.

Little did I know, Jaebum was still alive.

It was someone else's doings.
