When I First Saw You (Park Jimin x Rose)

I waited for Rose, knowing that she'll be sorrowful sitting in the corner. I heard footsteps coming and saw the door opened slowly. She looks very sad. Words can't come out when I saw her looking extremely empty.

They must have been so close together.

I sighed harshly and spoke softly, "Are you okay?"

She raised her head slowly as she smiled weakly and shrugged her shoulders off, "I guess."

"You face says it otherwise."

"An important friend of mine died."

"How?"

"He killed himself because I was betrayed and that he was ashamed of himself."

"Why didn't you stop him? It looks like you didn't want him to die."

She bit her lips regrettably, "It's a part of rule that I can't do that."

"Even if its rules or not, you can't let them stop you when you're affectionate to that person."

"You're right."

I gulped nervously and scratched the back of my head as I giggled awkwardly, "It must have been hard for you."

She stood up hastily and went to the bathroom when she realized that she shouldn't share anything to vampires.

Has she found out that I am a vampire yet?

I decided to let her be and left the room to lighten up her mood. Little did I know, she was very worried and stayed up until I came back. She tilted her head confusingly at me, "Buying late night snacks at this time?"

I didn't know she was angry deep inside for making her worried, "W-Well I didn't know how to console you so I bought-"

"Just you is enough!"

I was speechless and burning deep inside to feel this beating heart of mine as I blinked my eyes repeatedly and cleared my throat to get rid of awkwardness, "I-If you say so." 

She gasped shockingly when she blurted it out like that, "I didn't mean to yell at you."

I walked to my bed shyly, leaving her hanging in embarrassment, "It's okay."

"I was worried about you."

My facial expression softened at her sincere words. She was worried? Why?

We both then fell asleep.

I was shocked to hear all the fuss about Jaebum's resignation letter and became worried of Rose. She was very confused and it seems she was about to lose her mind.

She must be in shock now.

I saw her exited out of the classroom, making me follow her along. However, a sharp pain came out of nowhere in my heart as I winced painfully. I gasped weakly and groaned in pain as if something was something to me differently.

An intense power from far made my body stopped on its own. It was that man again. I was confused at myself to finally feel his presence unlike before. 

Did my power evolved?

It made me want to approach him, but I wanted to follow Rose. I hissed furiously as I jumped out of the window and used my power to fly, "W-What is this power?"

I spotted him standing on the handrail and he was watching over Rose again. I arrived at the rooftop quietly and was standing behind him in curiosity, "Who are you?"

He didn't flinch at all and slowly turned around, revealing himself. How brave of him, "How did you know I was here? You, vampires, shouldn't feel any presence from me."

I chuckled amusingly, "I'm surprised at myself too. So who are you?"

"You have no right to know."

"Okay, what are you doing here trespassing our private school?"

"What a strange vampire you are."

I became serious, "What do you want from Rose?"

He then furrowed his eyebrows instantly and jumped off the handrail without taking his eyes off on me. He brought his hand directly to me, making me confused. I dodged it luckily when he tried attacking me.

He was impressed, "What's your relationship with Rose?"

"You also have no right to know."

"Don't you know? Rose isn't who you think it is."

"I know. She's a vampire-"

"She's the master of our clan, Justice."

At that moment, I was completely blown away.

My whole body went numb, unable to think right after hearing such a nonsense from him. Since I was not aware of anything, I had been sliced down by his sword. I lost so much blood and couldn't revive quickly as possible.

Blood. I need blood. I didn't drink today.

I coughed up in blood when I felt some strange deep inside. A poison? I looked at him while I was lying down on the floor. He left after words, "You're not made to be destined with Rose."

My eyes closed slowly as I went unconscious.
