With his heart beating rapidly in his chest, the boy jolted awake. His breathing was heavily paced and sweat tingled his skin as it rolled down his face. His nose trickled blood and tears pooled in his dull sea green eyes. The boy fumbled around, looking for anything. A tissue, a lightswitch, just something to help him with the nosebleed and the darkness that surrounded him.

Outside, the pitch black ocean swayed, a little too violent for the young teen's liking. There was no moonlight on the sea so there was another potential light source gone.

The blankets that covered the boy was itchy and unfamiliar on his skin. Even the pillow under his head felt different. His usual pillow was soft and made from cotton but this one felt like it was stuffed with feathers. The only thing comfortable was the springy mattress that he laid upon.

The sea green eyed boy held one of his hands to his nose. Being careful, he slung his feet over the edge of the bed, rubbing them against the floor which was made from a type of wood. The balls of his feet was pushed down as the boy climbed out of the bed. With his free hand, he traced the wall, looking for a light switch.

In the process of looking for the switch, the young team slammed into something. A seating pain shot up his right leg causing him to crumble to the ground. The tears that had just recently dried up, spilled back down his tanned cheeks. Teeth biting into his bottom lip, the boy used the table like object to pull himself back to his feet. Although the leg still pained, the boy forced himself to keep searching for the switch.

Eventually, the switch was located. The young teen flicked it on. The lights above his head began to flicker on almost as if they'd never been used, just sitting there gaining age. The boy had to blink to adjust his eyes to the newly found light. After deeming the light safe, his eyelids stopped opening and closing over his dull coloured eyes.

Percy Jackson found himself in a semi-nice decorated room. In the middle of the room, against the back wall, sat a four posted double bed. The bed was styled with a sky blue woollen blanket over a crisp white bedsheet. The white cased pillow was splattered with blood from the unfortunate nosebleed of Percy's. Beside the bed sat a coffee table. Since it was the only table in the room, Percy assumed that this was what he had ran into.

He mentally facepalmed himself. He forgot to check his leg. The son of Poseidon limped over to the bed. He sat on the bed, lifting his right leg up. A gasp escaped from his lips. The bandage that covered his leg had blood soaking through it. Again, his teeth sank into his lip, this time blood was drawn.

A sigh escaped from Percy's lips. He still needed to find a tissue for his nosebleed which was slightly running now. A packet of tissues was situated in one of the drawers of the coffee table.

Wherever the boy was, whoever owned the room had basic supplies covered. When he bumped into them, he would thank them for the hospitality they showed the son of Poseidon.

However, he wished he could take that back as the person who had entered the room, uninvited, was someone that he would never say thank you too.

Just seeing the tall and muscular young adult brought back memories of what happened yesterday. The young adult with closely cropped blonde hair, closed the bedroom door, leaning against it once it was shut. His blue eyes twinkled with mischief and his lips were curled into a lazy smile. Despite how good the son of Hermes looked, the scar across his eye caused the whole attire to drown. Percy gulped. Thank the gods, Luke Castellan couldn't read minds.
