Chapter 35

(Sophia POV)
I feel a warm energy flow through my body. The pain that I felt in my leg before hardly there a slight throb still there but mostly gone. My eyelids feel impossible to lift, my lungs heavy. A let out a small cough, peeling my eyes open, blinking a few times letting them adjust to the darkness. As I can see better I see I'm surrounded by a few young women. The youngest seeming to be about 16, the oldest a few years older than me.
"She's awake" I hear one of them mutter. My head was on the lap of one of the younger girls, while a set of hands of one of the older ones hovered over me, a soft blue light falling from them like snow.
"What's going... where?" I cough, causing a small gasp to flutter through them.
Though the girls all came from noble families, they all looked incredibly different. Some of them had on night dresses and others were wearing party dresses like what I was put in. Some of them were dirtier than others, probably based on when they were taken. Some seemed more scared then others.
I put my hands on the floor it was rough wood, as I try and ouch myself up I fall back into the lap I was rested on.
"No! Please stay down. It will be a while until the paralyzation  potion wears off." A small voice speaks, she was the one who I was resting on.
"Though my magic isn't strong it should help you wake up a little faster." Says the woman who has been using magic on me. I wish I had my cloth from mom, it could help.
"I am Ruby. I was the first one brought here." Says the girl kneeling at my feet. "Who are you?" She asks. She was clearly the strongest willed here. Her face was stern. As well as she had taken off what ever extra layers from her clothes she had on a girl was laying on them sleeping and breathing heavily, probably ill. Ruby's skirt was tied into what would be close to pants.
"I am... " I start to cough again. I was sweating through the many layers I had on, everything was swaying and I felt like I was going to puke.
"You don't have to speak now. If you can not, I can tell you though, for the most part you are safe. Although it dose seem he would, he dose not hurt us. His name is Marsuk. We are unsure why he is keeping us here. But he dose give us some food. The weakest and youngest of us eat first" she explains a few things like where we use the bathroom, those who have magic help and do what they can to help the others. And how once a day Marsuk comes and gives them water and food, other than when he brings new girls. There were 4 girls here 5 now with me.
"H-hot..." I mumble. Ruby nods as the girl I was leaning on props me up while her and the other upright girl starts taking off the extra layers off of me. I end up down the the shorts and tank top I had insisted on wearing when I was being dressed back at the mansion.
"Better?" The small girl who had just been casting the spells asks. I nod softly. She was the cleanest of the girls probably the one only taken most recently.
"Oh right! I am Anna" the girl who's lap I was resting on smiles, "like she said that's Ruby" she motions to the one who had said her name. "That is tiki" she motions to the girl who had helped her take off all the extra clothes, "and that over there is Katrina" she motions to the girl painting heavily laying on some of what seemed to be the other girls extra clothes.
"I. Am. Ella." I croak. My voice horse.
"I do not know your family? Where are we?" Ruby asks a confused look on her face. I realize no windows or or peep holes were in here, the bars only only showed the stairs to the trap door that seemed to lead to a deck, the curve of the walls and purely wood surfaces lead me to think we were on a ship.
"Haven't left Okinawa." I say my voice feeling stronger.
" But... I know all the family's from here. I do not know you." The one named tiki asks.
Not wanteding to say it aloud. In case our captor was watching I sign the word wizard. The girls look elated but nod silently. About a half hour passes and I'm able to stand.
"I want to thank you" I smile at the girls. "Is there anything you need?" The girls look at one another then Anna steps forward. "Katrina needs medicine." She says.
"My magic is a physical healing, I can't help with medicine. She has had a high fever for a few days now." I nod.
"Freed. I hope you heard that" I mumble to myself.
"Ok..." I nod to the girls.
