The fairy-tail wizard Freed Justien has suddenly become entranced with the new women who appears through the doors. She seems like she isn't much of a wizard but what will she end up becoming? Were did she come from? Was is just a flop that she ran...
If I had to pick a favorite part of being a wizard it would be this. Seeing how happy those you helped are. Seeing them feeling safe and happy.
Eventually we migrated over to a table next to one of the windows and sit talking. The Sargent had left at some point but a female guard took his place standing next to the door. Freed hasn't really said much sense we saw the girls, maybe he is shy? I don't know. But he is standing near by while we talk. I offered him a chair and he took it, but didn't sit at the table.Rather her dragged it and sat against the window a little bit behind me.
"So if none of you are going to address the elephant in the room I will!" Anna proclaims, looking at Ruby and Tiki, then making eye contact with me.
"How long have you and your partner been together? I mean it couldn't be too long with the article, unless it wasn't true, witch it could be. I mean they have lied about availability before. And you two make a great team! I mean he carried you away from the battle. And you were hurt weren't you? We herd the scream. But you seem fine now. And he carried you bridal style to where ever you two spent the night, because I herd them say you could come here with us, but you didn't. So I mean ovi-" Anna rambles until Ruby, covers her mouth.

"Anna! That's rude." She says bluntly. I turn back and look at Freed who was looking away from the table his hand covering the bottom half of his now very red face. I feel heat also consume my cheeks.
"We are not together. In fact we aren't even really partners. Our guild master just paired us up for my first mission for the guild. I have done work like this before, but he wanted someone with me, I'm not sure why though. Iv done it before by myself." I explain to the girls, Anna nods thoughtfully her eyes twitching from my face to look behind me at Freed.
"Clearly he was right to pair you up with me, you could have gotten really hurt if I wasn't there! The freak was going to take you, if I hadn't stopped him you could be half way around the world by now... or worse..." Freed bursts out, his vigor dropping off at the end. I feel my face get hotter.
"I have done it before, and I could get out of situations then. You helped yes but I could have done it alone..." I rebuttal, a soft OOooo drifting from the girls around me.
" Well, just because you can do it alone doesn't mean you should! I would worry your gonna get hurt! Or- you know what never mind... I'll be waiting up front if you need me. It was nice to meet you again ladies." Freed says pulling his chair back to the table and quickly walking out of the room.
What was that... he would worry... about... me?! I feel my face get even hotter. I touch my cheek and it almost feels like a sunburn.
"See what you did Anna, you hit a nerve!" Tiki says in a soft yet stern tone.
"Sorry... I didn't know you two didn't share feelings, I just figured you were together by the way he looks and acts with you..." Anna says bowing her head.
"What! Wh- what do you mean!? We don't like one another! I mean he is sweet to me but he is just nice! And I appreciate all the help he has given me that's all! We don't!" I say waving my hands in defense.
"Wait you didn't know he likes you? Girl it's written all over his face. When Anna went on her tangent he started blushing faster than you, and wouldn't look up from the floor! And he so quickly jumped in when you were saying you were fine! And honey, I'm sure you don't know this but wh-" Ruby starts, Tiki quickly whispers in her ear. The girls turn gathering into a little huddle, whispering to one another. Clearly debating.
"I'm sure she should know. " I hear Ruby say as she turns from the group to face me. "When he brought us back to the hiding spot, he didn't tend to us, he just asked about you. And the second you screamed he ran to you. Most times someone has to stay with those who were kidnaped to make sure affiliates don't take them back. Now I can not speak for the code of fairy tail but that is a fairly universal thing in wizard guilds. But he broke protocol to go to you. He cares for you, a lot..." Ruby says, her hand dropping on my mine squeezing it softly.
"H-he..." I look down at the table, letting my eyes focus in the small flakes in the wood. "He cares for me..."
"Oh, before you go and run off to be with Prince Charming. Here." Anna says running over to one of the cots pulling a small box from under it and walking back over. She pulls out two sheets of paper, as well as a quill and ink.
"We all agreed, we are going to stay together, with our money we are buying a home and are going to stay there with some of your family, while we were trapped we bonded... so this is the address of the house we are buying... You know if you ever maybe want to write too us...?" She says almost timidly at the end, I take the paper folding it at sliding it into my bag.
"Of course I will!" I smile looking at what she had pulled out. "May I?" I ask motioning to the things In front of us, she nods. I take it writing the fairy tail address down as I am unsure of where I'll be staying at the moment. "Send letters here, and once I choose a place to live I will update you ok?" I say sliding the paper to Anna, she nods.
The chirpy attitude I now have was a little bit of a mask. I really am happy to know they are ok and I very much so would like to write and keep in touch with them, but I'm still a little overwhelmed by what Ruby said. Freed... cares for me... he is worried about my well being... My chest feels achey and I just want to rap my arms around him... I want to be near him... but the thought of him also makes my stomach feel weird and bubbly... what is this?!
"Write soon, now go be with your princ- I mean partner... earlier you said you had a train you wanted to catch to get home for supper..." Anna says pushing me towards the door in the chair. Why is this tiny girl so strong. What the heck. I stand and give each girl a final hug, and waved softly at Katrina who was fast asleep at this point.
The guard opens the door for me and leads me down the hall, her face stern. As we reach the last door her hand reaches for the knob before she turns to me. "I do not intend to ease-drop but the acoustics in that room are poor. I wish you luck with your mage, and I can tell you I have never lead out someone so embarrassed in my 13 years as working as a guard." She chuckles in a soft warm tone.
(Today's doodle is of our lovely Anna and Ruby! Ruby is a little taller than you can tell but because they are both sitting it's hard to tell. Her legs are what makes her so tall. Fun little facts about our spit fire ruby: She has two moles under her left eye. Her hair is wavy when long, but she keeps it cut short. It is pretty puffy, witch she used to hate but now embraces. She also used to want to get an eyebrow piercing but her father wouldn't allow it, so she gave up on the thought a few years back, and chopped her hair off in defiance instead! Also, I have written ahead all the way to ch-50! Super exciting eh?! They are ready to post but for idk who/ What to draw! Who do you all want to see? ~Author <3)
