or as charming
and as extremely kind
as you.
I have never
dared say the wrong thing
to your face
or through texts,
because I wanted
so much
for you to be mine.
Didn't drink,
didn't smoke,
was just as clingy as I,
and was extremely mature—
everything off
my checklist.
