(Scarlett's POV)

"Come on, Scar!" Paisley whined from the bathroom. Her and Kennedy were in her bathroom getting ready to go out. They want me to tag along, but won't tell me where we are going.

Kennedy then stuck her head out of the bathroom door and looked over at me with a sassy expression. "Yeah Scar, it'll be fun. And there will be a lot of hot guys there." She smirked, wagging her eyebrows at me.

"Some even shirtless." Paise added.

"I don't know, guys." I told them. "I wouldn't want to trudge inside my house late just so I can get cussed out by Helen and Trevor."

Paisley walked out of the bathroom, her makeup now finished as her beautiful auburn hair fell down her back in loose waves. "So, stay the night with me." She shrugged.

I thought about it for a moment. I was kind of scared to go with them especially since I have no idea where the hell they were going. And Paisley and Kennedy love to be adventurous and do the complete opposite of what their parents want.

"Scar?" Kennedy stood in front of me, waving her hand, breaking me from my reverie, her brown eyes pleading with me. "So, what do you say?"

My face contorted into annoyance. "Fine! Give me something to wear because I am not going home tonight."

"Yes!" They clapped together.

Paisley smiled at me. "Raid my closet. Wear whatever you find, boo."

Thank God, Paisley and I were just about the same size so her clothes would fit me comfortably, I headed to her closet. My eyes ran over her entire wardrobe as I was washed over with envy.

What I would do to have a closet like this? It seriously was about the same size as her room and her room is huge.

Walking in, I ran my hand over multiple pieces of clothing, some silk, cotton, and polyester in many different colors. She had so many beautiful dresses, many that I have already seen before.

I drifted towards her jeans as I wasn't feeling in a dress or skirt mood, but when am I ever? Deciding on some white pre-cut skinny jeans; ones with holes in the legs. Along with a sheer black, button-up loose-fitting top that was tied at the bottom, showing off some of my flat tummy.

Quickly, I slipped those on and headed over to her huge shoe collection, skipping past the heels and flats to a pair of chin-high black boots with a buckle at the ankle.

"Alright, how do I look?" I asked them, exiting the closet. I undid my long side braid and shook out my hair, letting it fall down my back, messing it up a bit.

I did a quick twirl for them as they checked me out.

"Hot!" Kennedy said with a smile while Paisley nodded.

Checking my already smoky-eyed makeup in the mirror, I parted my hair to the side before adding a bit of lip gloss. "Ready." I sang, slipping on my leather jacket.

We left Paisley's shortly after that and I was beyond surprised to see that we were heading to Brooklyn. Of all the places I thought we would go, home, was the last on my list. They don't spend much time down where I live, not having many places to hang out.

A good time passed before we pulled into a packed parking lot of a huge worn-down warehouse in the middle of pretty much nowhere.

I was confused. "What the hell are we doing here?" I asked them from the backseat, looking out my window at our surroundings. "What is this place?"

Paisley looked around for a park and they immediately started to giggle, but then Kennedy spoke. "I heard this place is awesome. A bunch of buzz going around school. Nick told me about it."
