You don't know who
I am on the inside
You don't see
All the pain I hideWhy can't you just
Move out of my way?
You will disappear in
My darkness if you stayBecause I am a monster
Deep inside
When daylight come out,
It will hideAnd as the sun sinks down
The sky,
Can't hold it back, even though
I tryBecause I am ugly
Deep inside
And you will feel sick
At my sightSo close your eyes, and
Hate me more
Can't hold it back, I am
Dark to the coreYou don't know what
You'll find inside
You'll find the truth
That I lied outsideWhy can't you just
Stay away from me?
I am a chained demon;
You will only set me freeBecause I am a monster
Deep inside
When daylight come out,
It will hideAnd as the sun sinks down
The sky,
Can't hold it back, even though
I tryBecause I am ugly
Deep inside
And you will feel sick
At my sightSo close your eyes, and
Hate me more
Can't hold it back, I am
Dark to the core...Okay... this sucks. I am not good at writing poems like these. This is actually a song, and I hope you NEVER get to hear it, cause... I just told you; it sucks! Still... I want to hear your comments. Should I experiment with poems like these, or should I keep writing romantic poems? I think I should experiment with poems like this, but I still want to hear your thoughts :)
