I have now evaporated,
and am left behind with my body,
a mindless mind, a soulless soul,
and a broken, un-beating heart
But you came down on me like drizzling rain,
making me feel wet, and wanted, and now,
I have a mind that cares, a soul that sings,
and a heart full of boundless love for you
I have now evaporated,
my soul soars swiftly in the sky
amidst the stars, among the clouds,
away from my home, and my hearth
Away from the roots that once held me,
and trapped me, to the earth
Now that I have come this far,
further I will go
I have now evaporated
but my wings are spread out on my sides
as I journey the sky freckled with stars
feeling the wind carry me
I would give anything, everything
to have this feeling last forever
before I close my eyes at last,
in a final and eternal sleep...
