The sunset slowly disappears below the distant slopes
Illuminating the soft, golden sands of the sea shore
The rain falls down in slow, beautiful drops
Making me wet, and yearning for more
The wind whispers sweet nothings in my ears
Stroking my face gently, whipping my hair
The moon rises, accompanied by stars
My eyes twinkle, reflecting the stars I stare
The waves swirl, foaming, going up and down
Pulling at my feet, inviting me to go deep within
The trees dance, shaking their branches and their crowns
I smile, hearing the chirping of the birds, as they sing
Alas, nothing lasts forever
The trees shrivel
The night falls
The rain ceases
The wind stops
The moon eclipses
The stars die
The waves break
And I fade
Nothing ever lasts, or so they say...
My pure, unconditional, untainted love for you lives on,
Undeterred by anything, and nothing, flowing forever in my river of deep affections for you, for infinity...
