Darkness, despair; the hole in my heart is growing; And I don't think it is slowing; Come, take the keys and open wide See the horrors inside Don't let me go
Tears come endlessly out of my eyes; And a fake smile disguises my cries; These voices don't leave me Alone; come, set me free Don't let me go
As we stand on the shore of the sea, I feel like jumping into the cold waves, Away from your warmth
Still, this is where I would be Cause you are holding me tight in your arms, As I cry
Now you can see all the pain that I hide, And my voice is screaming I am not what I seem, Yet, you don't leave, you just stay by my side, Amidst my dark midnight, you are my silver moonbeam
Now as my tears come flowing drop by drop, And my voice whispers I am not what I seem, Even then, you still hold me, and I don't wanna stop Amidst all my nightmares, you are my heavenly dream
Slowly, I am able to see light Cause my flames are now glowing bright As you now stay by my side And you are smiling wide Stay with me now
