Making a sandwich was my next task as part of 'Meals on Wheels'. I used my previously learned skills to spread on a piece of bread, butter this time, learned how to separate pieces of ham in a packet, and to put them on the bread neatly. Then, I put a piece of bread on top of the first one, and then cut it in half, which I found quite easy considering I had done it before.
Although I didn't put any in the sandwich, I learned how to grate cheese, as well as what part of the greater it would be easiest to use.
I would say that a sandwich is an essential food and it is great that I now have the confidence to make one, which, again, I wouldn't have been able to do without the input of my friends.
