Alfea
James was still asleep, after reading all of those big books.....it wasn't unexpected. It was also at this time that the winx and specialists were about to leave, to begin the counterattack against the witches of Cloud tower.
Bloom had stepped inside to check up on her brother but she soon found him........her asleep and in her enchantix. Bloom could only snicker, it was James's personal favorite after all....even after losing all of her memories it seems.
Covering her sister with the blanket from the bed she was sleeping on, Bloom could only smile. Even if this wasn't the sibling she wanted back from the dead, at least she was still here with her now.
After glancing at her sister one last time, Bloom soon left to go with the others and she quickly transformed into her sirenix form.
10 minutes later, James woke up and she soon noticed the blanket covering her. Even though she didn't really need it to protect herself from the cold, despite her manner of dress at the moment, she still gently smiled and she wrapped it around herself.
She wanted to sleep more but James still had a lot of catching up to do. And so she got out of bed and went back to the books. As she continued reading, miss Faragonda soon came into the room.
"I see you're still reading" said Faragonda.
"Have to keep ourselves busy, otherwise we'll go mad" said James.
"True, by the way....I had held onto this" said Faragonda as she handed James a disk.
"What is it?" asked James as she took it.
"It.....was during your first death, I just wanted to help you understand what you used to be" said Faragonda.
Looking at the disk, James soon played it and a video was soon played on the television. It was during James's funeral, when she gave her life to stop the ancestral witches and also to prevent Obsidian from returning the universe to one of eternal night.
James soon saw a podium and it showed miss Faragonda walking up to it. James turned to face the headmistress and she just nodded at him.
James turned to face the television screen again and this time she could hear miss Faragonda speaking.
"Though we are all gathered here today, bound by both grief and sorrow, we share a precious gift. We are all privileged to have lived a life that has been touched by James, the unfortunate individual who possessed amazing gifts and he had shared them with us freely despite the unfortunate world he lived in. But none of these gifts were greater than his ability to discern what needed to be done, even if it went against his own morals.....and his unwavering courage in doing it.........whatever the personal cost. Let us all strive to accept what he has left behind and pass it along to the next generation and so on........as an ongoing tribute to prince James of Domino. The man who had taught us all how to be heroes, despite the unfortunate world we live in..............and I speak from experience when I say that us fairies...........had played a great part in it. Especially.......back then, prince James.......I speak as one of the most talented fairies that the world had ever recognized when I say that I hope you can find it in your heart to truly forgive us.....and move on to a better world. A world that can perhaps........help you on your spiritual journey, to a peaceful and everlasting life" said Faragonda.
As James continued watching the event, it soon ended. Miss Faragonda could tell by James's wings fluttering, that she was just stunned and absorbing everything.
"............Everything makes me sound so......amazing, will I ever be that guy again?" wondered James.
"Who knows but even if you don't, that doesn't matter. You have been given the opportunity to see life anew, perhaps maybe even find a new path. One that differs from what you went through" said Faragonda.
