Chapter 17: Running away

A lot of things have happened but this will make things simple, the trix were bitter after their failure to steal the diary from Bloom because of her brother. As a result, they've moved on to their original goal, conquering the schools of the universe and harnessing their power for themselves.

Right now, their target was the Zaltora school for psychic arts and the students have lost. Because the students and the staff were also linked to the giant crystal at the top of their school building, whoever gains control of it will gain control over everyone who lives at the campus.

And that's precisely what the trix have done, now everyone there was completely under their control.

"Hahaha!! Look, it worked!" said Stormy.

"From now on psionics, you listen to us! Got it?!" asked Icy.

"We obey the trix!" said the students.

"Hehe..........we are so close sisters, soon we'll have all the power we need to beat the winx! BUT we'll need to find more in order to properly combat Bloom's older brother, just as Tritannus once said" said Icy.

Icy has always despised Bloom but James was now becoming more of a secondary adversary in her eyes as well. Together with her sisters, they always fumed whenever James...and I quote "Shows them who's boss".

It should be him fearing and trembling before them, not the other way around. Soon, one of these days, the opportunity for real revenge will come.

Soon Selina's voice could be heard and Icy immediately answered her by making an image of her appear.

"If I may, I know of a way to make things easier for you by removing Bloom from the equation. Just leave things to me, trust me" said Selina.

"Well Icy?" asked Darcy.

"Alright Selina, go ahead and carry out this plan of yours" said Icy.

With a grin, Selina's image faded and she began carrying out the first phase of her plan.

"Come on guys, keep the pace going!" shouted Roy.

The specialists were training in Aisha's gym and they were making great progress indeed.

"Nice!" said Sky.

"Less than one minute, yeah! I feel good!" said Brandon.

"Same, I feel great! Best workout ever! The rigorous combat course paid off, now what do we do?" asked Helia.

"For a start, getting our champion to join us for lunch" said Thoren as he pointed at James.

James was currently sitting on the floor, scrolling and looking through his IPhone. Its not like he wasn't interested in the course, he was. He just did it quicker than the others, his time wasn't a minute, it was 10 seconds.

Also recently, James began having this sound effect whenever he walked and it was also present during his run in the obstacle course. Others thought it was a new thing but it actually wasn't, he just hasn't activated it for a long time. Not since the war.

A quick lesson from Saladin and Cordatorta revealed that this sound was only given to the strongest and most skilled of combatants and it signifies a superior rank or presence.....those with the skills and strength to really back up their so called empty threats.

Cordatorta, king Oritel, king Radius and Hagen all had these sound effects whenever they walked as well, if they decided to reveal it that is. So did miss Faragonda but she thought it was a little embarrassing and so she never brought it up.
