Barry's POV:
"Cisco I need your help the women is  a meta"

"Wait seriously! What kind of powers does she have" Cisco said excitedly.

"The cold kind" I replied.

"You mean like Elsa" Cisco questioned.

"Yeah, you could say that"

"Well then I'll send Iris to come get you" Cisco said back.

Back at star labs

"So she attacked you and then left"
Cisco asked.

"Yeah, she said she had somewhere to be"

"Alright, well if she has cold powers then that's how we'll find her" Cisco said.

Frost's POV:
I walked into the hotel and forced the guy at the counter to tell me which room Amanda was in.

When I got to the room I kicked the door down and found Amanda on the floor unconscious.

"Damn it"

I ran over to her and picked her up, I was about to leave when the Flash arrived.

"Put her down" He said.

"No, you don't understand I have to leave. So please move Barry or you'll regret it" I replied back angrily.

"Then I guess we are doing this the hard way" He replied.

"I guess so"

I put Amanda down on the bed and started throwing icicles Barry's way. But he dodged ever one then grabbed me and metahuman cuffed me and I turned back into Caitlin"

"Don't do this she's dangerous"

"No you are, Elsa" Barry said.

"Elsa? Is that what you are going to call me... I am Killer Frost or was until you cuffed me"

"You know me Barry and I know you, just remember please remember me"

"I don't know you, so don't even try to reason with me... let's go.

He was about to take me when Amanda got up and hit Barry in the the head, and knocked him out.

She then uncuffed me and helped me to my feet.

I was confused why she would help me, when she first betrayed me.

I was about to ask when she spoke up.

"Frost.... I'm sorry for betraying you please forgive me"

"What? Why should I do that"

"Cause now you own be a favor, I did save you after all"
