KADEN'S POV

"Kadey~ huy! Wake up!" Yugyog sa akin ng kung sino man kaya iminulat ko na ang mga mata ko and saw Kacey's excited face. Magsasalita na sana ito ng mabilis kong tinakpan ang bibig nya para pigilan sya sa pag sasalita.

I glanced at my wrist watch and saw 6pm na pala. I sat myself up and stared at Kacey groggily.

"Yes?" I asked letting her mouth go. Ngumiwi lang ito sa akin saka bumuntong hininga bago ako hinawakan sa magkabilang balikat.

"Guess what?" Naka ngising sambit nya. Napa taas na lang ako ng kilay.

"What?" Tanong ko ng bigla na lang nya akong yugyogin.

"Nanalo sina Blue! Omg! Malaki na ang agwat natin sa ibang schools!" Patuloy pa rin sya sa pag yugyog sa akin na halos ika tanggal na ng ulo ko sa katawan.

"Stop!" Sigaw ko at hinawakan sya sa mag kabilang balikat. Mabuti na lang at huminto na sya.

"I know they'll won okay? And why so hyper?" Bukod kasi sa anunsyo nya, I know there's something more than that.

"Well, u-uhm.. ano.." Nag hintay lang ako sa sasabihin nya habang naka taas ang kilay. She looked so hesitant, I wonder why.

"Kasi ganito kasi yun... si Andrew kasi..." I think I know what she's going to say.

"Yeah?"

"I think, he likes me." Pikit mata nyang sambit saka nagpipigil ng sarili sa pag tili.

"Do you really like him? Like really, really?" I asked while she nodded. I shook my head.

"Yes. I do. Since we're kids. Remember the time I always visit you on your house and saw Scorxh there? That's the time I saw Andrew and... and like him since." I sighed.

Its not like I don't want my best friend to find her true love- if it does really exist, its just that, I'm afraid she'll be hurt and can't take it. Knowing her? I know she'll give everything to the ones she love.

"Look, I don't know what to say about this because I've never experienced anything like what you do, but if you think he really does like you, I think you have to give him a time to confirm it himself. Not just because you feel so but because he also does. And when he does, time will come for the both of you." She smiled.

"Thank you Kadey~! You're the best!" I just pat her on her back.

"But if Andrew really does, tell me first and I'll decide whether he'll pass my initiation or not- aray!"

"Anong kalokohan na naman yan!" I just hissed.

"Nada! Tch!"

"O sige, maiwan na kita at magliligpit pa ako ng booth. There's a food on the fridge na pinabibigay ni ehem, Blue." Napa ikot na lang ako ng mga mata ng pataas taas na kilay ako nitong sinulyapan bago lumabas ng kwarto.

Umiling na lang ako saka kinuha ang phone ko ng bigla itong tumunog. Its from Hunter. I forgot to text him back kanina dahil sa distraction.

Tumipa na lang ako na dadalo ako saka ito sinend sa kanya.

Thinking about what happened earlier makes me feel embarrassed. Just what the hell was I thinking?

Napa iling na lang ako saka pumasok sa banyo para mag hilamos. Matapos non ay nag bihis na ako ng  bagong damit at nag ayos ng sarili ng may kumatok sa pinto ng kwarto.

Ibinaba ko muna ang hawak na suklay at lumapit para buksan ito yet my forehead creased when I didn't see anyone standing there.

May mangilan ngilang students ang nasa hallway pero malayo sa kung nasaan ang kwarto namin.

I just shrugged my shoulders off. Baka may nag p-prank lang siguro... or so I thought. Dahil pagtalikod ng pagtalikod ko para sana isara na ang pinto ay nahagip ng mga mata ko ang isang sticky note na naka dikit sa pinto.

I took it and read the note written in red ink.

My mind suddenly went blank and my heart's racing.

I quickly stashed it inside my pocket and instinctively look back the hallway again. I watched quietly as students went chattering and laughing with each other.

Matapos non ay pumasok na ako sa loob ng kwarto still thinking about the note I've received.

Who the hell is this person?

And heck! Is this a warning note? If yes, then is it from another person aside from the one who knew I'm Viper? Or that girl with an acronym 'A'? Because as far as I can remember, Hunter's top rules in Shura- if this person is from there, is strictly not leaking everyone's information inside and outside the ground.

I took my phone na nasa taas ng higaan ko and press Hunter's number.

I think I should ask him about this.

[Yeah? Need anything?] Sagot nito matapos ang pangatlong ring. I combed my hair using my hand and bit my lower lip.

"Have you leaked my info accidentally?" Agad kong tanong. I sensed he stiffened on the other line for a moment. Probably thinking I'm insane because if he's given a chance to make his rule unforgettable, I'm sure he'll be the insane one.

[What the hell are you saying Viper?] He asked in a sudden low yet deadly voice, one that can make your legs wobble as venom lacing his tone.

"I know this is ridiculous but someone knows me both life, Hunt." I said.

"And I'm dying how'd they know." I heard him sighed.

[What'd they do?] I took the paper inside my pocket and read it again before answering him.

"Nada. I just thought how they know." Then I folded it and put it back to where I took it.

[Alright.. let's talk about it this Saturday. I'll look who the person is.]

"It might be A or no?"

[I'll dig to it. Don't worry. Just focus on your archery match since you only have 1 day left. Don't get distracted.] I smiled.

"Yeah." He's right.

[And just in case you forgot my top rules here-]

"I know, I know. Thanks."

[Sure. And oh, V?]

"Yes?"

[No more kisses please.]

"Sur- wait... what? You-"

[Bye!] And with that he ended the call.

Just how on earth gossips fly quicker than a virus to his place?
