Pain

Pain.

Maybe right now, you are struggling with pain. Pain of losing a loved one. Pain of dealing with a horrible illness. Or dealing with painful circumstances. Whatever kind of pain you are dealing with, God hears you, He understands you, and He wants to be there for you.

Sometimes, when I am going through pain, I run away from God. I get mad at Him and scream: "WHY GOD WHY? Do you HATE ME? Why does bad things always happen to me?" Lately I have been dealing with a circumstance that I could: throw my hands up in the air and scream at God. But thankfully, I haven't. I realized that I need God. I need His help. I couldn't do this without Him. So talked to Him, I yelled and screamed at Him. But He didn't get upset with me. The thing about God: He NEVER gives up on us. Even when we want Him to. He is always there for us. Waiting for us to stop throwing a fit, and run into His arms.

I don't want what pain you are dealing with, but I do know God. God will always be there, listening to you, comfort you, help you, forgive you, and love you. So run to Him! Tell Him about the pain you are dealing with. He may not make the pain go away, but He promised to always help you through it. Go to Him, I know, He's waiting for you❤️

"Our present troubles are small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!" 2 Corinthians 4:17

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

Prayer:

Dear God,

I am dealing with a lot of pain right now. I can't do this on my own. I need you. So please come into my heart, fill me with your love, strength, hope, and joy. Help me be closer to you than ever before. Because I know you love me and you will always be there for me, so thank you.

Thank you Lord for all my many blessings and for Your Son.
