Anger At God

Maybe you are like me and you are dealing with anger at God. Maybe you are dealing with an horrible circumstance or mental illness. No matter what you are going through: God is here to help you.

I just got some pretty disappointing news: my doctor thinks my physical pain is caused by a mass in my stomach. That mass may be cancerous. So I am pretty shocked. I have to see another doctor and have a CT sane before they know anything for sure. I am pretty stressed about it. I am still in a lot of pain. I feel pretty angry at God.

Anger is a normal human emotion. One of the amazing things about God, is He understands us. So He understands your anger. I know you may feel like you want to run away from God. But instead, run into His arms. He knows you are angry at Him. Talk to Him about your anger. He will be there to comfort, love, and understand you. He just wants to help you. So go to Him! Don't let anger ruin your relationship with Him.

Remember: God is bigger, stronger, and mightier than your anger. So if you just yell and scream at Him, He can take it! He already knows you are angry with Him. So just talk to Him about your anger at Him. He will listen.

So let's run into God's arms today!❤️

"Go ahead and be angry. You do well to be angry—but don't use your anger as fuel for revenge. And don't stay angry. Don't go to bed angry. Don't give the Devil that kind of foothold in your life." Ephesians 4:26

"Post this at all the intersections, dear friends: Lead with your ears, follow up with your tongue, and let anger straggle along in the rear. God's righteousness doesn't grow from human anger. So throw all spoiled virtue and cancerous evil in the garbage. In simple humility, let our gardener, God, landscape you with the Word, making a salvation-garden of your life." James 1:19

"You make God tired with all your talk. 'How do we tire him out?" you ask. By saying, "God loves sinners and sin alike. God loves all." And also by saying, "Judgment? God's too nice to judge.'" Malachi 2:17

Prayer:

God,

I know I have been angry at you. I may still be angry at you. But I am running to you. I want to be close to you. I want to go through life with you by my side. Because with you by my side, I know I can do anything. Please forgive of my sins. And come be close with me again. I know that you are bigger, stronger, and greater than anything in this world. I know you are good Lord.

I thank you for all my many blessings and for Your Son.

I praise you for you are so good!
