5. Jonathan's Shadow

After going through some conversation, we all decided that the boys would go their way and the girls would go their way. Something that I was happy about, since I could use this opportunity to talk to Magnus. Yet Camille wasn't too happy, neither was Clary and Izzy because they hate one another but they have to work it out.

We went upstairs, and started to search rooms one by one. No matter how hard we looked, we couldn't find any of the dumb objects anywhere!

Alec: Anything?

Jace: Nope.

Simon: Nothing.

Magnus: Nada.

Alec: Oh god, we're never going to find these things are we?

I texted Izzy to see if she found anything, but she found nothing either.

Simon: There has to be something.

Simon leaned on a wall, but when his hand touched it. He pushed a square, and a secret passageway opened.

Simon: Woah.

We all just looked at it, and we weren't sure if this was a good idea if we should go down there.

Jace: Are we just going to stare at it? Or are we going in?

Thanks for pointing it it out, Captain Obvious.

I went ahead, and the rest of the boys followed me down the staircase.

Alec: I wonder if Camille knows about this.

Magnus: I doubt it.

Jace: What makes you say that?

Magnus: When Camille finds a way to talk to me, she'll always talk about how rich she is and how nice her mansion is. Through all of that, she never told me anything about a secret passageway.

We kept going down, until we reached the bottom floor that looked like some sort of baby room.

Simon: Hey you guys, is this one of things that Lilith asked for?

Simon gave us a box that the letters J.C. on it.

Alec: Yes.

Simon: I bet this is Lilith's son's room.

Jace: I'm guessing he died at an early age, because of the baby room.

We checked to see if there was anything else, but we found nothing.

Alec: Come on, let's get out of here.

On the way out, I got a text from Izzy.

Izzy: We found the Morganstern ring, you won't believe how we got it.

Alec: I don't think you will believe how we found the box with J.C.

Izzy: You go first.

Alec: You're boyfriend leaned on the wall, and pushed a square that lead us to a secret passageway. After we walked down the stairs, we were lead into a baby room where Simon found the box.

Izzy: That's my boyfriend!

Anyways, the way we found the ring was when Clary spotted it in a tarot card. We weren't sure if we were supposed to bring the card, but then when Clary touched it her hand had went inside the card!

Alec: I don't believe you.

Izzy: Look.

Izzy sent me a video of doing what she explained, and she took out the ring from the card.

Alec: By the angel...

Izzy: I swear this just got even weirder.

We went back out, and I told what happened with Izzy and the girls.

Simon: I'm her best friend, and I didn't know she could do that.

Jace: I'm her boyfriend, and I didn't know she could do that.

We left the room, and we went to go look for more things.

"AHH!"

Simon: Who said that?

We looked around to see where the screams were coming from, but it didn't sound like Izzy, Clary, Camille, or even Simon.

"JONATHAN, WHERE ARE YOU?!?"

The lights went out, and everything went dark.

Simon: Guys!

Then the lights when up, and then we saw some sort of demon right behind Jace. We all looked at it, but Jace thought he was looking at us.

Jace: What?

Alec: Jace, just don't move.

Jace, being the idiot that he is, turned around and saw the monster.

Jace: Oh god...

Then we all booked it, and started to run like crazy! The monster started chasing after us we tried to lose it, but the whatever that thing was still gaining on us.

"Erchomai, mitera..."

Then the monster disappeared out of thin air.

Simon: What the hell was that?

Magnus: Some trick from Lilith, I bet.

Alec: But it something.

Magnus: I think he spoke in Greek, and it said I'm coming, mother.
