2. Hiding the Fact

Alec: Izzy, how are we going to hide my ears and tail?

Izzy: Just hide the tail within your clothes.

Alec: What about my ears?

Izzy: Leave that to me!

Izzy handed me a big bag full of clothes.

Alec: Are these mine?

Izzy: Why do you think I gave it to you?

Alec: Wow, Izzy you went all out.

Izzy: Anything for my big brother. Now go ahead and put them on.

Alec: Can you please get out?

Izzy: I won't look.

Alec: Please?

Izzy: Fine.

Izzy went out of my room, and I got changed into the clothes she gave me. I realized that these clothes were really tight, and I don't know if I'm going to live like this.

Izzy: Alec, are you ready?

Alec: Yes, you can come in now.

Izzy: Wow, I picked a good outfit for you.

Alec: Wow, Izzy you really know my tastes.

Izzy: Hey don't worry about it as soon as you walk into that club, every guy is going to be looking at you.

Alec: You wish.

Izzy: Come on, Jace, is going to be waiting for us.

Alec: Wait, what about my ears?

Izzy: Oh right.

Izzy starts to ruffle my hair, until my ears go down and hides between my messed up hair.

Izzy: Okay, now we're ready.

We snuck out of the house, and headed to the club where the party was. Izzy went off with Simon, and Jace was flirting with some red head girl. I felt like my tail was twitching, but I had to keep it together before my identity is revealed. I thought that I could settle my nerves with a drink, so I went over to the bar to grab one. I was drinking away, and then a guy, who was looking at me, sat in a seat to my left. I just played it cool, and tried to not converse about anything until the guy had his hand under my chin and made me face him.

Alec: Uh....um....uh...

Magnus: Relax, cute face, I'm not going to hurt you.

Alec: Hi.....

Magnus: Magnus Bane, and you are cute face?

Alec: Alexander, but I go by Alec for short.

Magnus: Are sure your real name isn't cute face? You are indeed one, a very rare kind of beauty at that.

Alec: Um....thank you...

Why do I feel.....hot?

Magnus: Are you alone?

Alec: No, I'm with my sister and brother. Though they're off with their friends.

Magnus: And you're all by yourself?

Alec: Not anymore, since you're here.

Magnus: Very true, Alexander, very true.

I don't believe it, I don't believe that Magnus freaking Bane is talking to me! I don't know why, but this is really happening! Sadly, time was running out and I had to go home.

Alec: I wish I could talk to you more, but I have to go.

Magnus: You know you could stay with me. I'll you have to do is just let your siblings know that you'll be with me, and you'll come back in the morning.

Alec: I wish that was an option, but I can't.

Magnus: Please?

Alec: I'm sorry Magnus, but I have to go.

Izzy and Jace started to call me over, and I started to go over to them until Magnus grabbed my hand and kissed me! We were both kissing, and I couldn't believe that this was happening to me. I wanted to last forever, but it couldn't because Izzy screamed something I never wanted to hear.

Izzy: ALEC, YOU'RE EARS!

I let go, and I pushed Magnus away for me so I could run for my life. Izzy and Jace started to run too, and I left Magnus confused. I felt bad, I really did....but I guess it wasn't meant to be. I'm a hybrid and he's a rich person who deserves someone better than a lie.
