6. Going Back

(Hannah)

I had to go back to the orphanage, but Magnus and Alec said they'll be back tomorrow to pick me up and we'll have more fun together.

Until I have to stay here with them...

Those girls you see right over there are the girls that do not like me at all. Their names are Destiny, Amanda, and Penelope.

Destiny: Hi Hannah!

Hannah: Hi guys...

Amanda: What's wrong? Are those men not going to adopt you, because you're a freak with those eyes?

All of them started to laugh, and I started to feel mad but I couldn't let it show.

Penelope: Or was it because you're a big loser, and no one likes you?

The laughing started to get even more louder, and I just got more mad but I had to hold it in.

Destiny: Oh are you gonna cry like a big baby, Hannah?

The more they laughed the more I just wanted to burst, but I couldn't. Then I got ever more mad at them.

Hannah: CAN YOU JUST STOP?!?

Magic exploded everywhere, and it pushed the girls to the wall. Then my eyes started to show through my glasses, and everyone started to freak out. Miss James came in through all the noise, and yanked me outside.

Miss James: Come on Hannah, you're going.

Hannah: No wait, please, it was the girls that made me do it!

Miss James: How about we see another person who wants to adopt you?

Hannah: But I thought-

Miss James: Now!

Miss James pulled me all the way to this tall-looking man that didn't seem friendly at all.

Miss James: Here take her, she's caused enough trouble already. Here's her stuff, now have her get out and if she's being a fuss she's your problem now so don't even bring her back here!

Miss James shut the door, and I looked up at the man.

Hannah: H-Hi...I'm Hannah, what's yours?

Robert: Just call me Robert, okay?

Hannah: Okay.
