I went into the wind, and I was swirling in circles. I was feeling dizzy, and I didn't know where I was going. All I knew is that I could land where Lady Midnight is, and end all of this. I knew I was going to be leaving so many things behind, but I know they'll live without me. I know that they'll move on, and go with their life without me.
Lady Midnight: There you are, Great Destroyer.
I opened my eyes, and I saw a woman with long, black hair and she looked like she was wearing some sort of wedding dress.
Lady Midnight: Finally, you're here. I guess I have put my faith in you after all.
Guy: I told you it would work.
Lady Midnight: And of course, I have to give credit to my nephew Tavvy.
I looked at Tavvy, and he seemed pale and looked like he was being mind-controlled by him. That's probably why Tavvy went missing in the first place, he probably got mind-controlled with that Mark.
Lady Midnight: Now that this all said and done, it's time for the ritual to be completed.
Magnus: And how are you going to do that? You must've known that I don't have magic like Abia had.
Lady Midnight: Yes, but the magic is in your blood. Which is why I'm going to need a sample of it.

Izzy: Alec, you're crazy!
Alec: I promised him that I would protect him.
Izzy: You don't even know where he is.
Alec: Then I'll find him
Jace: You're not going alone, I'm coming with you.
Izzy: Me too.
Clary: If you guys are going then I'm going to. Lady Midnight has taken so much from us, and now we have to take it back.

Simon: AHHHH!
Simon fell to the ground, and he looked at his surroundings. He assumed that this was some sort of cave that he had to get out of.
Raphael: Simon?
Simon turned around to find Raphael standing in front of him.
Simon: Raph, your alive!
Raphael: No I'm not, I'm only a spirit.
Simon: Does this mean I'm.....I'm...
Raphael: No, it only takes about 3 days to make you a spirit.
Simon: Oh.
Raphael: What are you doing here?
Simon: I got sucked up in the wind after I pushed Izzy out of the way.
Raphael: You need to get out of here.
Simon: What about you? I just can't leave you here all by yourself, Magnus needs you. Ever since you....died...crazy things started to happen. The legend about Lady Midnight is real, it's all real.
Raphael: Like my grandmother always said...todas las leyendas son verdaderas. All the legends are true.
Simon: Is there a way out?
Raphael: The only way you can get out is through there.
Raphael pointed down a huge, dark hole in the cave's wall that looked liked it lead nowhere.
