Alec pulled Magnus to the side.

Magnus-Wait, what's going on?

Alec-You have to trust me on this.

Alec kept Magnus close to him, and then he lifted himself and Magnus off the ground and into the sky.

Magnus-Alexander!

Alec-Just relax, I got you.

After seeing what just happened, how could he relax? Especially since Alec is managing to step on a cloud.

Magnus-Alexander, what's going on?

Alec-I had to go somewhere private in order to tell you.

Magnus-Tell me what?

Alec-That...all the legends are true.

Magnus-What?

Alec-Look have you ever heard of angels, demons, fairies, and all those kinds of stuff.

Magnus-Yeah, what about them?

Alec-Every story that is told about them...they all exist.

Magnus-I believe you..., but what am I then?

Alec-Since you have cat eyes, you must be a Warlock.

Magnus-And what do they do?

Alec-They cast spells, make potions, and basically do everything that has to deal with magic.

Magnus-And from the looks of it, you're an angel?

Alec-Sort of, I'm actually a wizard.

Magnus-How?

Alec-Many wizards and witches can come in many different forms, some can have elf ears, wings, and golden like colored eyes.

Magnus-Like your brother Jace, he has golden eyes.

Alec-Yes, he's a wizard too.

Magnus-And so is your sister, Isabelle, and your brother Max?

Alec-For Max yes, but for Isabelle no.

Magnus-What is she?

Alec-She is a Kanay.

Magnus-A what?

Alec-A Kanay is a person who has the abilities to control all of the elements such as fire, air, earth, and water.

Magnus-Oh.

Alec-Now let's talk about you, so you didn't know that you were a Warlock?

Magnus-Not until now, but I don't know how that happened with the whole cat-eye thing.

Alec-That's because the moon shined on us.

Magnus-What does this have to deal with-

Alec-The moon contains magical properties, so when they shine on creatures like you and me we tend to show that side of ours.

Magnus-Alexander?

Alec-Yes.

Magnus-Because I'm a Warlock, does this change anything of how you feel?

Alec-No, because...I know we just met but...I...really-

Magnus cut Alec off with a kiss, it may have been short but it was still meaningful.

Magnus-I like you too.

Alec-Magnus, look.

Magnus-What? Is it my eyes again?

Alec-No, it's just that you're standing on a cloud. Warlocks can't stand on clouds, only wizards with wings can.

Magnus-What does this mean?

Alec-You must have something special in your power that is making you have this.

Magnus-Will that explain weird dreams that I've been having?

Alec-What do you mean?

Magnus-Every time I go to bed, I keep having weird dreams about my mother screaming at this man. I couldn't see his features, because he usually stays in the shadows. The only I can tell from him is that he is tall...in a freakishly way.

Alec-Anything else?

Magnus-I hear my mother scream out the word Asmodeus.

Alec-Asmodeus is one of the Greater Demons.

Magnus-What?

Alec-Also known to be the biggest threat ever lived in the magical world. We'll have to figure out more about this, and I know just who to turn to.

Magnus-Who?

Alec-Miss Loss, the school nurse. Let's just say that she's a Warlock too, a very powerful one at that.

Magnus-She can help us?

Alec-Yeah, she c-

Alec saw how drowsy Magnus was, and he decided to take him back home so he could get some sleep. He snuck through the window where Magnus' room is, and tucked him in.

Alec-Goodnight Magnus.

Alec was about to leave, until he Magnus mutter something.

Magnus-Goodnight Alexander....
