40 - Goodnight after a Good Night?

Before long we are both under the covers tangled up in each other's limbs panting hard. "Oh my god that was incredible. I've never felt something like that in my life. You are so fucking amazing Christopher. Shit that was good."

"I can't believe you've only done that once before, and with the guy who broke your heart the day after."

"Yeah well, that day I imagined that you would potentially find all the broken pieces and put them back together. And you just finished the puzzle." I giggled slightly.

"You had a slight crush on me back then?" Chris asked shocked but happy.

"Yeah. I did. I kinda stalked you a bit online. Then apparently every week you asked Lin if I had called to audition for the show. I thought you were really nice as well as attractive. You seemed so perfect for me and I guess you are. Given where we are now."

"I must admit. I did think you were cute that day. That's why I gave you the information. But besides all that, I had a great evening Mandy. Thank you." He got out of bed and went to the bathroom. He came back in in just his boxers and went to put a top and pair of bottoms on.

"Babe. Stay as you are. I want to cuddle up and feel your warmth as a I sleep tonight." I climb out of bed still fully naked myself and picked up a fresh pair of underwear and a pair of really short cotton shorts and go to the bathroom. I do my teeth, brush my hair and remove the little makeup I had on. I then return to the bed with Chris. I grab my phone and message Lin and the girls.

'Lin, thanks for a great party. Sorry Chris and I had to leave early but we have to be up at Doug time! So that means early! Love you bro. Mandy xx'

The whole cast was family to me. Lin and Robin were like little bothers to me and Andréa, Janet and Karen were like sisters.

I then opened Twitter. "Can we take a picture together babe?"

"Sure my love." I rest my head on Chris's chest and he wrapped his arms around by shoulders. I look up at the camera and expect Chris to do the same. Instead he looks at me and kisses the top of my head, with his eyes closed. It causes me to close my eyes and smile, so I take the photo. I bring the phone back towards me. "That's really cute baby." Chris says, smiling at the picture on my phone.

"Do you mind if I tweet it?"

"No, go ahead. The public know about us now."

I added the picture and tagged all the principle cast then posted it. I put my phone down and cuddled into Chris. "Thank you for a night I will never forget. I've been blessed with the best boyfriend in the whole world, and I love you so much." Chris wrapped both arms around me as I cuddled into a ball, leaning against his chest.

"I love you too Mandy, more than anything in my life before. The love I felt today was more than I thought was possible. Now get some sleep sweetheart, no doubt we will have an early start in the morning."

"More than anything? More than you thought was possible? What about Veronica? I don't mind if we share the same amount of love from you. She was the love of your life." I questioned him.

"Mandy, I've realised I love you more than I ever loved her. Of course I loved her more than anything at the time, and she was the love of my life then. But now it's you and I feel a stronger connection with you now than I ever did with her. You are my everything Mandy, well you, Doug and hopefully any children we have together in the future."

I simply nodded and smiled against his chest. "Goodnight Chris. Thank you for everything." I closed my eyes and quickly fell asleep in Chris's arms. Perfect end to a perfect day.
