It was strange. We didn't talk about the kiss. It was as if it hadn't happened at all. And secretly, I was a little disappointed. Deep down, I wished we could have kiss a proper one. You know, maybe like the one he did with Park Shin-hye on filming... those deep intense kisses like there would be no tomorrows...

The next most disappointing thing was of course, time was running out as fast as a stream. It had been a week since we arrived but I kept feeling it was only yesterday which we did. And it would be only one more week before I had to go home.

After that first day of skiing, I woke up the next day feeling sore. Really sore. Min-ho decided that I shouldn't 'overwork' my body and so we spend our day in the bowling alley, in the Karaoke room and of course, went to try that slide thing which he was so excited about. Both of us were terrible bowlers but nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves trying to beat each other's scores. We had two rounds of games before he declared that his arm was tired. We then headed to the Karaoke and sang for five hours straight. He was amazed at my burst of energy for singing. I told him it was a common pastime in Singapore. I enjoyed listening to his singing especially my favourite songs of his - 'My Everything' and this time he sang it just for me. We managed to head to the slide just before five, before night kicked in.

The slide was an interesting entertainment. We got into this metal kart looking thing. It looked and worked like a cart except that there was no accelerator only brakes. It didn't even had a steering wheel. It was merely a wheel that turned left and right. First, you got on this thing which would be pulled uphill by a roller chain before it got released when it reached the top and you slide all the way down. You could control the speed via the brakes but most people just let it run without decelerating at all. The view was of course amazing as you could see a bird eye's view of the ski slopes below.

I felt stupid when I decided to go on the kart together with him. The kids were looking at me as if I was a overgrown baby. Even the eight-year-olds were going on the kart by themselves. I generally didn't like anything that went fast - roller coasters for instance. I was rather nervous about going into it by myself. So Min-ho offered to share with me. But he was such a tall person with such long legs that even by himself was a discomfort. And with me in front of him, that didn't help at all.

The roller chain seemed to jerk and heave as it pulled us up. I was quite worried it might just stop and decided not to work anymore. But well, it still worked pretty well. I sat in between his legs and was feeling a little awkward and regretting to share the kart with him causing him so much discomfort. I was about to apologise when we reached the top and zoomed down in a flash. My mouth opened to let out a shriek. He knew I was quite nervous so he controlled the brakes and we came down rather slowly. The next passenger was waiting impatiently for us (since they allowed only one kart at a time). I asked if he would like to go on up again, but this time on his own, he decided he had enough.

"I think I must be getting old," he said. "My heart can't take fast rides as much as when I was younger." I looked at him in disbelief. In my heart, I half believed that he said that for my sake. He knew I wasn't enthusiastic about it as much as he did.

It was the most exciting on Christmas Eve because everybody was looking forward to Christmas. The lights were up and trees decorated. Everybody had smiles on their faces and were out of their rooms.

Min-ho suggested to go up to the Dragon Peak on this night and so to catch the sunrise on Christmas morning which sounded pretty romantic to me. We boarded the gondola under the moonlight and headed uphill. It turned out that there were plenty of others who had the same idea as us; both couples and families. The ride up was amazing. It was even higher than the highest ski slope which we had went via the chair lift.
