Chapter Forty four - A sweet distraction

"Hi."

"Hi."

The two of us stood there awkwardly. Nobody knew what to say. The rest of the CNBlue gang had scattered off.

"Do you want to do something?" He asked politely. We were using formalities with each other since we did not know each other. 

"Sure..." I answered. "Do you have something in mind?" It was difficult to think what could be done between two strangers at this time of the night. But filming had to be continued. At least for another two hours, as we were told. 

"Eh..." he paused before looking at me, making eye contact. "For me, I had been thinking alot. I was wondering what we should do for our first meeting." I nodded slightly. He thought for a moment before continuing. "Would you like to come to our practice room?" 

"... Sure..."

"We can go there and talk."

"Okay..."

We headed outside back onto the car which I had arrived in. It was still waiting there. As if knowing that we would be leaving together very soon.

We sat in the car. In awkward silence once again.

"This is really awkward," he broke the silence finally.

"Yeah..." I chuckled sheepishly. "I think it'll get better. Once we get to know each other."

"Right..." he agreed. "So... eh... how old are you?"

"I'm twenty four. How about you?"

"Oh! We are of the same age!"

"Really?" I grinned. "Which is your birthday month?"

"June. My birthday is on June twenty-eighth. What about yours?"

"November. Eleventh." His birthday was just a week difference from Min-ho. "So, you are Oppa..."

He chuckled. "I guess so..." 

"I think it will be strange if I'm older," I commented.
