Chapter 17 (Who's her boy-friend?)

Louis’s P.O.V.
“Get the fuck away from her,” I yelled and ran towards my El. He was fucking harassing my El. My El! She was crying her eyes out. When he turned around his eyes widened. His grip on Eleanor loosened and she fell on the ground. She was unconscious. As soon as I reached him my hand met his jaw. I punched him more times than I realized. I lost my grip on him and he ran away. I didn’t follow him because I had to make sure that my El was okay. I went to her and shook her shoulder, “El, wake up. Are you okay? Please!”
She was still unconscious so I picked her up in bridal style and took her to my car. I made sure she was comfortable so I made her lie down in the back. I quickly called Harry and told him that I was taking El to the hospital and he agreed to meet us there. I rushed to the hospital and carried El inside. The doctor took her inside for check up and soon I met up with Harry. I told him everything and he blamed me that I shouldn’t have left El all alone. I agreed with him because I knew I was wrong. The doctor came out and Harry and I rushed towards him.
“Doctor, is she okay?” Harry asked.
“Yes, she’s totally fine. She just needs rest,” she said. We nodded.
“Who is her boy-friend?” she asked.
“Him,” Harry pointed towards me and my eyes widened.
“Okay. Can I have a word with you?” she requested.
“Yeah, sure,” I said and we went inside and Harry went to El.

Harry’s P.O.V.
I purposely said that Lou was El’s boy-friend. I knew he would always take care of her no matter how much he is scared of commitment. I went to El and just stared at her. Her lips were totally swollen. That fucker kissed her hard. If he comes in my hands I swear to god he’ll be dead. I put my hand in El and whispered, “I’m so sorry, El.”
Suddenly her hands moved and her eyes were opening. She blinked a few times and asked, “Har, where am I?”
“You’re at the hospital after the fucker-” I stopped as I saw tears in her eyes.
“Hey, its’ okay. He won’t hurt you,” I said softly.
“How did I come here? I didn’t see you.. I.. I just saw.. Lou. Oh my God. Is he okay? Is he hurt?” she asked furiously.
“El. He’s perfectly fine,” I assured her and she relaxed a bit.
“Is he here?” she asked.
“Yeah, he’s with the doctor,” I said.
“Okay,” she said.

Louis’s P.O.V.
“Now explain me the whole situation, please,” the doctor said and took her seat. I took the seat across her and explained the whole situation to her and she nodded.
“Is there anything else I should know?” she asked.
“Uhmm.. Yeah. She’s been having Nightmares about all this,” I said and explained how Josh tried to hurt her and how Harry saved her. She told me to take extreme care of her as she would break-out any time. My El is so delicate. I listened to her carefully and she gave me some prescriptions and told me to give her medicines regularly. I thanked the doctor and went to meet Eleanor. I went to the room and saw Harry talking to her.
“Lou,” she said and I went to her.
“Are you okay?” I asked and she nodded.
“Are you?” she asked. She cares!
“Yeah, I’m perfectly fine,” I smiled.
“I’ll leave you two alone,” Harry said and left the room. I sat next to her.
“Thank you so much, Lou,” she said.
“Don’t thank me, El. I care for you,” I said and she smiled in return.
“How did you know that I was in trouble?” she asked.
“Actually, when I left I went to a café and saw a person who was talking on the phone. When I heard your name I panicked. After he hung up he went to his car and I followed him. For a matter of time I got lost but then caught up and found him..” I trailed off.
“Thank you,” she said again.
“It’s okay. You’re my friend,” I said. Calling Eleanor my ‘friend’ made my heart ache. I then told her that the doctor was ready to discharge her in a couple of hours. Harry suggested to take El to her mother’s house and I agreed. She protested for sometime but then agreed, too. We took her to her mother’s place and her mother was shocked to see her. She had tears in her eyes. I think she hadn’t seen her for a while. I then explained everything that the doctor said and she thanked us. We said our good-byes and left.
***2 Days Later***
Today was the day we were leaving Manchester. After the incidence I just talked to El once and since then I just asked harry whether she was alright. I didn’t have the guts to see her again. Harry asked me to meet her as he was going to her place but I denied. I know this would hurt El but, I couldn’t meet her. I don’t know why! I’m just so confused with my life. When Harry arrived I asked him whether she was okay. He said that she was hurt and didn’t want to see me. I quickly pulled my phone out and texted her.
To Eleanor: I’m really sorry, El. You have all rights to be mad at me. I hope you’re okay. Love, Lou. .xx
