"So will anyone tell me where Grayson is?" Riley shrugged as Angela gave me an apologetic look. Daniel didn't dare to look into my eyes and Cameron looked around the room as if he was looking for someone. "Ethan isn't here either." He announced after a moment of silence, and the vision of Grayson hiding Ethan's body in the garden, appeared in my head, which, of course, was stupid, but who knows?

"Angela, where are they?!" I spoke to the only person who I was sure I could break. "I-I do not know." She stammered. I narrowed my eyes. "You're lying." I accused her. "But uh Grayson forbade us to talk about it." She defended herself. "All right, Riley?"

"They went to visit Davis." She murmured, her eyes never leaving her magazine. "Thank you." I smiled, and seconds latee it came to my senses. Yeah, I'm not a morning person like you could probably already tell.

"Where did he go?" I screamed. "Davis'." Riley repeated her answer without giving me a single glance. "Why didn't you stop them!? Are you all dumb or wht? What if Davis' men do something to them!" A wave of panic flooded me, if something had happened to Grayson because of me, I would never forgive myself. "Davis is doing drugs, Grayson got the evidence and now they are doing what they can." Daniel clarified in a calm voice.

"We have to immediately go there, now!"

"Yeah, right, forget about that, you're not going anywhere." Cameron shook his head in disgust, and rose from the table. "We'll handle it." Daniel added.

Every minute for me was a misery. I walked nervously across the living room and fixed my gaze at the clock. Time was going by so slow, and I was beginning to go crazy. I tried to call Grayson, but he forgot his phone at home. I couldn't help feeling that something bad happened and it was all my fault.

"We should do something and not just sit here!" I raised my voice, embraced my chest and tried to suppress the sobs. They've been gone for too long. "What would you like to do, Jasmin? Go visit Davis?" Riley raised her eyebrows. "That's stupid and you know that, the guys can do it." Angela assured me, but she wasn't quite right.

The door to the apartment opened and revealed a group of four tired faces. "Gray!" I cried out and ran to him. "It's all good now baby, it's all good." He whispered and kissed my forhead.

"What the hell were you thinking!" I stepped away from Grayson and my gaze fell on his right hand. My shocked and terrified expression forced him to pull me back into his arms despite my protests. "It's nothing." He tried to make me feel like everything was fine, but it wasn't. "It's nothing? You have a hand in the cast, that's nothing to you?!"

He sighed and stared at me. "One fracture is the prize I'm willing to pay for your freedom. I did it to myself anyways." He added.

"How?" I didn't understand. "He hit Davis!" Ethan exclaimed enthusiastically and couldn't stop grinning. "You did what?!" He smiled briefly and nodded as he wrapped his healthy hand around my waist. "What is important is that no Davis will ever bother us anymore."

He did it. Though it seemed impossible, he did it. Even though it took Davis a while, but in the end he had nothing left then to rip our contracts and leave the country.

In the end, Grayson's injury was not as bad as it might have seemed at first glance, he could take the cast off within two weeks. My life has taken a new direction, everything has changed.

We found a new manager, one we could trust to support and help us.

We started off again, new image, new album, new tour...

this is the last chapter of this book. i originally wanted to post a new chapter every/every other week and i for sure didn't plan on posting my last chapter so soon haha. barely anyone is reading this book, so i wanted to wait to see if more people would actually enjoy it, but i wrote most of these chapters months ago so i just decided to post them so i could focus on my new book i'll be posting very soon. i hope y'all enjoyed it ❤️
