It was nighttime of the third day of Loki's imprisonment.
Her and Fawn were struggling to think of any kind of escape plan. There were wolves out and about all day, and one wolf guarded them at night. If she were to attack the wolf on guard duty, other wolves would wake up. She had no idea what to do.
Loki was getting bored and restless. She hadn't ventured out of the den since she was taken in. She hadn't spoken to any of the wolves who had been assigned to guard her and Fawn to make sure they didn't escape. She hadn't even seen Aries, which was a bit surprising.
She made the decision to no longer see Aries after she escaped. It was time to call it quits. It didn't matter to her how much it hurt. She was tired of lying every time she took one of her 'walks'.
All she wanted to do was to go home and see her daughter and son, her family, and her friends. She couldn't take this much longer. She had no idea what was going on at home, which means she didn't know if The Pack of the Fire had already attacked or not.
Earlier that day, when it was bright out and the sun shined through the cracks of her prison, she saw a wound she didn't notice on Fawn before. It was a long but thin scar that stretched from the top of her forehead, across her left eye, all the way down to her muzzle. The scar had become a narrow thread of silver that glowed in the sunlight.
Loki had known there were scars all over Fawn's body, but the sunlight showed that she had been injured much more often than she had originally thought. They couldn't all be from The Pack of the Fire. Loki knew that they had tortured Fawn quite a bit but they couldn't have been that sick. Fawn clearly had some from her past.
The wounds, the injury to her body would heal long before she would be able to heal mentally. Trauma is that way. Loki promised to herself that no new scars would ever appear on Fawn's body.
Despite all the scratches and wounds, Fawn was very pretty. She had the appearance of one who had insane survival skills, despite her timid personality.
"Hey, you guys..." A voice from outside the den called for her. The wolf on guard duty.
Loki approached the entrance of the imprisonment den with caution. "W...What is it?" She demanded.
"...Go."
Fawn meekly trotted behind Loki. "Wha....W-What!?"
"Please, just do it..." He begged. "I'm leaving The Pack of the Fire tonight. I'm going to live on my own. I was waiting 'till I was put on guard duty so I could help you two escape. I can't live like this anymore."
"...Why live on your own?" Loki asked. "Come to The Pack of the Earth."
"...Just get out of here."
"Th-thank you so much...goodbye." Loki immediately leaped out of the den and began running, Fawn trailing swiftly behind her. Fawn eventually ran head of her and began to lead her out of the Main Territory and into the woods ahead of them.
"We're free!" Loki yelped. "Come on, Fawn, I know where to go from here!"
Loki was thrilled to be out of the prison she was kept in. She was already beginning to lose her sanity after three days of being kept in there with no hope of escape. She couldn't imagine how Fawn felt, being kept in there for god knows how long.
Loki was thrilled to be out of the incarceration she had been held in. She already had began to lose her stability after three days of being retained there with little hope of escape and no plans of breaking free. She could never even imagine how Fawn felt, being kept there for God knows how long, while also being used as a punching bag for that truly horrendous pack.
