Hindi ko alam kung matutuwa ba ako o maiinis? Kaya nga lang naman ako dati nam bu-bully para mapansin ng mga magulang ko pero walang nangyari. Napagalitan lang ako at na-grounded pa. I want their attention but they just don't care. I even joined this ridiculous group so they could start to notice my existence. I am tired of them saying this is for my future.

And damn, I don't want to believe in the future anymore.

I sighed, yeah I tried things but I am not yet ready to die. Ang O.A. pero natatakot ako na dumating yung araw na yun na hindi ko man lang nasasabi sa magulang ko ang mga hinanakit ko sa kanila. I feel like every single day, the distance is wider.

Nag-iisa nila akong anak kaya lahat ginagawa nila para sa'kin pero bakit 'di nila maisip na sila ang kailangan ko? Am I a bad daughter? I think I did everything to make them proud but it's useless. Even doing bad things is still nothing for them, because today money can buy everything. Years have passed and I'm now an all grown up lady but I'm doubting my capabilities, because even my parents don't believe in me.

I hate this feeling, I felt nothing.

"Huhuhu, do we still need to disguise?" Naiiyak na tugon ni Natasha.

"Of courshe, para din naman shatin 'to eh. '' Zandra said na nag aadjust pa rin sa retainer braces niya. I really want to laugh but dude we are suffering from the same situation. It's a good thing that this is just a retainer, oh I hate braces. I had that before and it's pretty annoying.

"Ang hirap naman nito." Pagrereklamo ni Ixy kay Tito. Meron na akong braces at si Natasha nalang ang hinihintay. Dahil sa pag-iinarte niya tumatagal kami.

"Bilishan mo kaya dyan Natasha." Pagrereklamo ko. Ughhh! Ang hirap magsalita. Pinikit ko nalang ang mata ko dahil pagod na rin ako at kailangan kong magpahinga muna. Marami pa kaming pupuntahan pero grabe naririndi na agad ako.

"I'm done!" Napa-mulat naman ako ng mata ko dahil sa gulat. Lintek 'tong si Asha parang hindi nahihirapan sa brace eh.

"Stop shouting!" Mariin kong sabi saka ipinikit ang mata.

"Let's go, kukunin pa natin yung mga eyeglasses natin." We immediately went out to the clinic as Tito talked to the dentist. It looks like they know each other which is not surprising. Tito is really influential, even in South Korea. We talked notstop so we could adjust to the brace as we walked to the store next to it.

"Thank you po." Ixy thanks the staff after giving the eyeglasses. I didn't bother to say anything because I went to the mirror side. I wanna see what it looks like but as soon as I see it I chew my lower lip. Muntik na akong magreklamo sa panget nitong itsura, but I can't do anything 'cause this is the goal.

I smiled at my reflection, still I look pretty decent, but I can't recognize myself. Nakakahilo tingnan, grabe never akong naging panget sa buong buhay ko!

"Next time po ulit tita ah. " Zandra said. Zandra's auntie owns the place and that's one of the reasons why I stop myself from saying something bad about my eyeglasses. At sa aming lahat si Zandra lang ang sanay mag salamin.

"No problem hija, 'till next time okay?" We nodded and thanked her again for the eyeglasses.

"Ang bait ng tita mo ha..." Ngiting-ngiti na saad ni Natasha. Napairap nalang ako, s'yempre hindi niya rin kayang sabihin ang suot namin.

"Well mabait kasi ako?" Natawa naman kaming tatlo na kinu-kunot ng noo ni Zandra.

"What's funny? Did I say something that makes y'all laugh?" Naguguluhan niyang tanong. Sometimes, I wanna pinch her cheeks for being slow.
