Melinda's POV

After she said her confession I just blinked. I wasn't sure I heard her right so I ask. Turns out I did hear her right and I just didn't want to.

"You what?" I ask for the third time. I didn't even look at her, I looked out at the field that the cows were aimlessly walking in.

"Please, don't make me say it again." She begged. She lifted her head to look at me but I didn't look back.

"Maggie, you just met him." I sighed, closing my eyes and bowing my head. She sat up all the way and created space between us.

"I know! And I'm sorry!" She rushed out as she sat on her knees and faces me. "Please, look at me!" She whispered. In a matter of seconds I was facing her with my arm slung over the back of the swing and a cold expression on my face.

"You did this! Don't tell me you're sorry for something I had no control over! If you wanted to hook up with a guy you just met, go right ahead! I'm not stopping you! Just remember, I'm here to talk if you need to, but don't drag me into this!" I said in a harsh but low voice. The last thing we need is for dad to hear.

"I'm not meaning to drag you into anything! I just need your help!" Her voice raised as she scoots closer to me. I stand to my feet and start to walk away. "Wait! What are you doing?" She calls as I descend the front steps.

"I'm helping you!" I turn back to her and she has a confused face. A light smirk plays on mine as I think of my plan. "I just need to find Glenn." I say and before I turn she has a horrified look to her face. Her last boyfriends never came around again after I had my talk with them. Let's just say that I'm that over protective sister that doesn't take shit! Whatever little sister wants, bigs sister gets!

I walk into the groups little camp they have set up. A small fire is set up as the sun disappears from the sky, leaving bright colors that resemble a rainbow.

"Glenn!" I growl as I grab his arm and literally drag him away from the others. I come to a stop and he regains his balance as I glare at him. I've only been this mad at Daryl so this is new for me to be all shook up at someone else.

"How could you?" I smack the side of his head, hoping to make that big brain start working.

"How could I what?" He rubs the spot that I just smacked and gives me a look that mirrored Maggie's.

"You had sex with my sister you dipshit!" I say a little to loudly and the group looks over with worried and amused eyes. Glenn's eyes widen as realization smacks him much harder than I did and he takes a step back.

"I- I just-" he starts as he takes another step back. I move forward a step and narrow my eyes at him.

"You what Glenn? I didn't take you as that type of man! I thought you were the type to fall in love, get married, maybe have a few squalling kids running around!" I bark in his face.

"I like her, okay? If that makes you feel better!" He whispered the last part and I scoff.

"You like her? You like her, Glenn?" I put my hands on my hips as he nods his head. "You just met her!" I yell. I notice that everyone is focused on is now, this is probably really entertaining to them!

"I know, but we just sort of... clicked." He raises a hand and snaps his fingers to emphasize how fast they 'clicked'.

"You clicked aye?" I nod my head and look around, trying to stay calm. "You listen, and you listen good." I point a finger at his chest and poke him to make sure he is listening. "She's been through a lot! She doesn't need one night stands, she needs someone to depend on! You better not hurt her! Or I'll hurt you!" I threaten. By the look in his eyes I know that he knows I'm not kidding. He may be sweet and kind, but I'll fuck him up!
