A/N:
I told you i wold mix it up and not have it all love and heartbreak and such.
Wrote this while traveling in Malaysia. Many of us go most our lives surrounded by people of our own ethnicity and culture and not able to really sympathize with the experience of a minority. While not the same, when you pluck yourself up and then drop yourself down in the middle of a crowd where you are clearly physically different than anyone else around for miles, you can begin to get an appreciation for the minority perspective.
BTW...I'm white.
