I do not take you lightly
Just because I want to hold you tightly
                              And fold away the pain
                              Of a regretful night
                              To find peace and refrain
                              From escalating a fight
I do not take you lightly

Just because I want to hold you tightly
It will not remove sour deeds
                              Nor sweeten the blight
But perhaps it will plant seeds
                              Of making things right

I do not take you lightly
Just because I want to hold you tightly
It will not erase the past
But I pray that it might
                              Help us hold steadfast
And make it to the morning light

I do not take you lightly
Just because I want to hold you tightly

                              A/N:
Well I thought I was done with this book but I keep adding things to it.
Read on my friend.  And if you do not mind, go find some of the poems with only 2 or 3 eyeballs and give them some love.
                              Cheers,
                              -DarthPadre
