Time jump- about two and a half months... God Speed has been on the down low for a while, as team Flash try to discover his secret identity or how he got his powers with no success. Harry has visited in that time to help out on the tachyon enhancer, but they haven't gotten a chance to test it out yet. Iris still hasn't talked to anyone on the team since Barry came to pick up his stuff, except Joe. Julian still sticks with the team, only because of his strong commitment to the team. As much as he hates seeing Barry with Caitlin, he still finds he has a duty on the team helping protect Central City beyond the CCPD. Neither of them having a place to live, Barry and Caitlin decided to get an apartment together. Although they were in the early days of their relationship, they decided they've waited long enough. They're happy, which neither of them had been in a while. Even for the being the flash, Barry enjoys going slow with Caitlin. Unlike his past rushed relationships. They were in love, but of course being in the early days of their relationship, they haven't said it out loud yet. Also, because of past tragedies, they learned from their mistakes and only took it one step at a time. When Gypsy would have days off, which was rare, Barry and Caitlin would double date with her and Cisco. Sometimes triple, when Oliver and Felicity visited the city.

"Morning babe," Barry said energetic placing a plate of pancakes and bacon in front of Caitlin, still in her pajamas, and pouring a cup of coffee.

"Morning," she yawned, "how are you this energetic in the mornings and always late for work?"

"Well, I just hate to leave you every morning," he pecked her on her lips.

"You're such an adorable idiot," she laughed, smiling, he grinned in response as she shook her head. "Mmm, these are delicious," she said taking a bite of her pancakes.

"Blueberries from the farmers market, your favorite."

"What did I ever do to deserve you," Caitlin wrapped her arms around Barry's neck pulling him into a deep kiss.

"Or I to you," he said kissing back.

The two continued their makeout session, with no attention to the clock. Barry lowered his hand to Caitlin's hips, slowly moving back slipping his hands down her PJ pants. Caitlin quickly pulled away.

"Sorry!" Barry said quickly.

"No, no. I'm sorry," she apologized.

The two stood in awkward silence.

"I- It's been a while..." Caitlin said referring to her not having 'been' with a man since Ronnie. She had relationships between then, but none of them lasted that long. Plus, there had been that incident two months ago in the alley.

"I understand, it's fine. I'm okay with whenever you're ready," Barry said, "I'm going to head to Star Labs early, Oliver is visiting for a training session. See you later..."

"See you," Caitlin said as Barry walked out the door.

Ugh, I'm so stupid! She said to herself.

"I don't know Oliver," Barry sighed catching the arrow in front of his chest. "Maybe she just doesn't want to go forward with me. I was such a senseless jerk this morning."

"Barry, calm down," Oliver replied reaching behind to grab another arrow from his quiver. "Being a superhero and having the girl is hard enough. But she also has powers, I know you two will work it out. It just takes time Barry, look me and Felicity. It took us six years to get married. You and Caitlin are perfect for each other, she loves you."
