Barry left Caitlin to herself and went to their bedroom. A decent sized room for a one bedroom apartment, big one-side tinted windows, and a queen-sized bed. It was decorated Caitlin's go to modern boho style, with a few of Barry's pictures and a Flash action figure on a night table.
Barry collapsed onto the bed reviewing what had happened today. He left work leaving Julian and August to finish up the case so he could go to Joe's for dinner, with Iris' new boyfriend, Eric. Who didn't seem too fond of Barry, though it wasn't some family drama he couldn't fix by himself.
Caitlin, however, he had no idea how to help. She had helped him with his mom and dad, he didn't know how he could help or if he should.

Caitlin stared at the last tape. How many memories could her father wipe from her and her mother? How many times did he have to do it? She took a deep breath before sliding it into the tv.Sitting in front of the small television, suddenly streams, visions, and memories, played on the screen as Caitlin watched.

Tape 2: Memories
*=another memory
"Hold on Caity," Elijah called out to two-year-old Caitlin running around the snowy yard, ignoring her father's words. "Stubborn just like her mother," he laughed, looking towards Caitlin's mother, Carla. She laughed back before looking back at her daughter screeching as she trips onto the slippery black ice covering the hard pavement, from a snow hill two feet high. "Caitlin!"
Caitlin's parents ran towards their daughter, trying to catch her. Although by the time they reached Caitlin had landed on a small patch of soft snow she had somehow formed underneath her, giggling with childhood wonder.
*
"What the hell Elijah!" Carla yelled, "I just saw my daughter shoot ice crystals out of her hand, how do you think I'm supposed to act!"
*
"She still has powers Thomas, dark matter in her DNA! What do we suppose we do?" Elijah asked angrily setting his daughter on the examination table, half asleep. "Give her untested drugs that we don't know could kill her?! I don't think Carla will just let go if her three-year-old daughter just disappeared."
*
"Why would you take the drug?" Thomas asked his friend. "We had no idea it would work!""Well, now we do," Elijah replied coughing, "it can take away powers right? It's safe for my kids?"
"None of the above Elijah, it was a degenerative. Though you no longer have the ability to create ice crystals and repair your cells cryogenically, your aging has acceled to much for your body to handle, it's shutting down. Why would you do something so reckless?"
"Well, you've tried experiment 1, better on an existing meta than making more. It'll be safer for them if I'm gone and can't be tracked. Plus... Thomas, you've been a great friend but... it's been long enough... its time," Elijah replied teary-eyed.
*
"Who are you?" small six-year-old Caitlin asked, behind her Uncle Thomas' home at a family barbeque."I'm no one," an eleven-year-old Charlie's high pitched voice said through the small window of the basement.
"Well, you can't be no one silly," little Caitlin teased. "That makes no sense."

(Basically the memory seen in Flash season 4 episode 22, when Cisco vibes Caitlin's past)

The video continues to speed through countless of times Caitlin's memory had been wiped of having any powers until they were so dormant they stayed that way for fifteen years.Once the taped was finished it popped out of the machine. Caitlin clenched a pillow against her stomach, but not too hard. She cried. She cried into the night, she didn't know why she was still mad. He had left her with a burden, and with that, he chose to leave when he had chosen to test out Thomas' drug. But at the same time, he did it all for her. He really did love her.
When morning hit, Barry found Caitlin sleeping on the ground leaning against the side of the couch. Silently and swiftly her carried her to the room tucking her in, making sure to give her support to her back for the baby.
After leaving a plate of food and coffee on the table for her, he left for work at CCPD.
