Haneul's point of view (I shouldn't have a favourite otp but if I did it would be these two muffins):
"You ready?" I said, curving my fingers round the ends of his tie. I quickly glanced at him, catching a glimpse of his slightly disturbed face.
"Yup." He popped loudly, his eyes looking down at me for a second and he stared right at me but he was quick to dart them away.
He was lying. I could tell quite easily when he was lying. His adam's apple bobbed frantically in his throat when he was trying to keep his voice in and his eyes anxiously darted all around the room. His body grew tense and I only managed to figure out that his hands were on my waist when his body tensed further.
"That should do it." I smiled, fixing up the last bit of his tie. I slowly backed away, sighing in relief when his hands had fallen back to his side. Of course Ye Jun was oblivious and so I didn't think much about it.
"I'm actually really nervous right now." He added, clasping his sweaty hands together. This time his eyes were fixed onto mine, as if he was trying to say something to me through his mind.
"I can tell." I chuckled lightly. Ye Jun snapped out from his gaze, being slightly confused and shocked over why I thought it was funny. Instead he frantically paced all around the room as I watched him and trying not to laugh when he tripped over things.
"Haneul!" He whined. He stopped to look at me and pleaded with his face, and went back to pacing around the living room.
"Okay, okay." I laughed, grabbing his arm to make him stop. Not realising that he was still in his aura trying to race around he managed to bump back into me, making us topple over the floor.
"Well at first, don't do this." I huffed, blowing up a bit of my hair that fell onto my face out of the way.
"Wow." He whispered under his breath. His eyes were practically glued to my face and any sense of nervousness vanished from his tense body almost instantly. Ye Jun's face started inching closer without him noticing. My eyes widened at that, in panic and not knowing what to do I turned my head away.
"Wha-shut up." I grumbled growing red. It didn't help that I couldn't pull my arms up to hide my face, so that meant he was watching me get redder and redder by the second.
"Huh?..uh.." He mumbled, still stuck in his own chain of thoughts.
"Get off me." I popped, getting slightly frustrated.
"Sorry." He said quickly, clumsily getting off me. He put his hand out to help me up.
"You're overthinking it." I said, taking his hand and pulling myself up, even though it was no help because he wasn't paying attention and I managed to fall back down. "Don't fret." I pulled myself up this time and let Ye Jun's anxious body nervously buzz.
"It's much easier said than done." He muttered, scratching the back of his head.
"You worked for the newspaper and managed two companies at the same time," I added, placing my hand over his shoulder. I waited for him to look at me, nodding my head when his eyes met mine again. "You're gonna do great."
"I hope so." He mumbled, clearing his throat. Ye Jun straightened out his suit and grabbed his bag, and suddenly all the doubt and nervousness that was building up inside him had vanished completely.
"I know so." I popped, grabbing the car keys from the kitchen table. I took a small grape from the fruit bowl that was out, placing it into my mouth as I left for the door. "Let's go." I said, grabbing a few more grapes in my hand. Getting him to snap out of his anxious thoughts took up so much time, I didn't get time to eat.
