Seoyeon's point of view:
"You ready?" Jimin asked, whilst trying to eat up all his cereal.
"Hey, slow down." I laughed, gently tapping his arm.
"Come on." He said excitedly, grabbing my arm and making his way to the door. "You wanna walk or take the car." He asked, grabbing his keys from the kitchen table.
"I think we should walk today." I answered back.
Jimin slowed down, "Right, okay." He smiled, tossing his keys back. "Let's go!" He popped, grabbing his bag and running out the door.
I quickly grabbed my bag as he yanked me out the door with him, quick enough so I made it out the door without getting trapped. Jimin didn't stop hurrying, not realising I was having a hard time keeping up.
"Wait a second." I huffed, trying to stop my bag from falling off my shoulder as well as trying to keep up with the boy.
Jimin turned back and suddenly stopped. I lunged forward but he managed to catch me before I fell. He helped me up, handing my bag so I could put it on properly. "Sorry," He said shyly, scratching the back of his head. "I'm just a little excited."
"It's okay." I smiled. I looked over and saw the streetlight where we normally caught up with Taehyung and Areum on our way to school. "That's where we bump into Areum right?" I asked.
Jimin turned, following my eyes and saw the streetlight. "Let's wait for them, we can all walk together."
I nodded, but was quickly caught by the bell sound from my phone. I fished it out from my pocket to see the message on my screen. "Look Jimin, the landlord agreed to pull down the rent to ₩200,000 a month, what do you think, should I take it?" I asked.
Jimin didn't answer, I looked up at him, seeing him looking onto the ground, avoiding eye contact with me.
"Hey, what's wrong?" I said softly, holding onto his arm to get him to look up.
"You don't have to go you know. You can stay with me." Jimin said quietly.
"I really appreciate that Jimin." I smiled. "But I said I'd move as soon as I found a place."
"I know, I just wanted you to stay a little longer." He sighed.
"It's been a whole month since..." I trailed off, hoping he knew what I was on about because I didn't want to bring it up.
"I know." He added quietly.
"The rent is good and I don't want to loose the deal." I stated. "But you can come over whenever you want." I added, slipping my hand into his.
"You can live with me for cheaper. ₩100,000! ₩50,000!" He popped loudly.
I giggled at him, "I want to do this on my own now." I said. "Please support me on this."
Jimin smiled at me. "You're right. You can make it. You've got a job at the cafe and this rent will be very helpful. I'll support you." He piped.
"Thank you," I said. "For everything."
"Anything for you." He chirped, his eyes growing wide when he realised what he had said.
"Oh my God!" Someone exclaimed, staring at me in shock.
I grew a little uncomfortable until I noticed they were heading straight for a streetlight. "Hey, Wait!" I called out, but they didn't hear me.
The guy walked straight into the streetlight with a loud clank, he finally returned to his senses, processing what just happened. He quickly ran off his eyes on me till he was out of sight.
