Mood Swings

Ming POV

"Thanks P', see you later Yo" I waved as a climbed out of P'Pha's car.
I sprinted all the way up to the room, I unlocked the door and slipped inside making sure I didn't make a sound, but P'Kit was too slick.

"Where have you been" He said in a concerned tone.
I was startled by his voice. It was pitch black, I couldn't see anything all I could hear was his voice.
"I was taking a walk" I quickly tried to make something up.
"Yeah in the back of Pha's car..."
"...I was worried N'Ming, do you know what time it is" I felt guilt building up inside me, listening to his concerned voice in the darkness.
Suddenly he turned on the lamp that was placed on the bedside table.
"Why are you being so cold to me N'Ming" He said, anger in his voice.
"I'm sorry P', I don't want you to feel that way, I just had somethings to do"
"What? You even moved to the couch" he yelled
"P'Kit I can explain everything"
I really don't want to make him worry.

Kit POV

What the hell.
What is going on.

"When you were in the bathroom I got a text from Yo, he told me to meet him in the parking lot so I went out a few times to see if he was here"
His voice was shaking.
"P'Pha drove him here, they asked me to help them with something, and they told me that I couldn't tell you about it at all" he started to fidget with his nails.
"Then why did you move to the couch?" I said trying to catch him in a lie.
"Because I didn't want to wake you up Incase I had to meet up with them again" he said with a soft tone.
" please forgive me P'Kit" he frowned at me.
"Fine but tell me one thing"
"Okay what is it?"
"Why did you look annoyed when I got out of the shower" I said curiously
"Pffft, oh, um, mood swings!yeah you know just mood swings" he said nervously

Mood swings? He's such a bad liar.

Ming POV

I think I convinced him that it was a mood swing.
I wouldn't want him to know the real reason at least not yet, not now.
