One and Only.

A little off

Ming POV

I've been so out of it these past few weeks, I feel so out of it. I didn't stay with Kit this morning, I left him there by himself, I had an emotional breakdown in front of him, every time I ask him if he knows why, he says it's because of the house and the surprise, he says it was all just stressing me out, he's not completely wrong.

*flashback*

"Mom, I came to sign the paperwork for the house" I yelled closing the front door
Nobody answered so I walked around looking for my mom, I found her in the kitchen, tears dripping down her face, her expression was blank, she was holding a knife in her hands cutting vegetables and in a split second she was jumping up and down holding her finger, blood dripping down her hands. I ran to her helping her put something around her wound, she abruptly pulled my shirt and leaned her head on my chest
"It's dead... it's dead" she sobbed
"What's dead mom" she started to scare me
"Aim... her baby... it's dead" she fell to the ground wrapping her arms around my legs. I felt helpless, useless, drained, like all of my energy just got sucked out of me, but all I could do was stand there. I know I disliked Aim, I hated her, but the baby, her baby was someone I was willing to love, and it was dead.

I cried every time I thought about the baby and how devastated Aim must be, but Kit didn't know. I didn't want to involve him in this. I took him back to his room to get some things, he was so pinned on the fact that he wanted to move into the house as soon as possible, so today we went to tell our friends.
"Hello, Yo... yes... haha... well I called to see if you could meet up with me... yeah okay... can you bring Pha with you... yeah... um in P'Kits room... just ask Pha...okay see you in 10, bye" I ended the phone call, kit called Beam and for some reason Beam asked if he could bring along Forth, we didn't think to much about it though.
When Beam arrived he gave me a concerned look but quickly turned it into a smile for the rest of his friends, me and Kit were sitting side by side holding hands, Beam smiled widely
"It looks like you two are about to tell us that you had sex for the first time" Beam chuckled, Kit looked at me and gulped.
"Sit... please" I said looking at all of them
They all sat down, they were all serious, except Yo he had a huge smile on his face.
"W-we are uhm" Kit started, I just wanted to get this over with
"Moving in together!" I yelled enthusiastically, they all stood up, and hugged each other, jumped around and yelled, they all came up to me one by one and high fived me, Kit as always blushing. After we told them the news, we packed Kit's stuff up and headed for my room, Kit helped me pack my stuff and we headed to the deans office to leave the dorm keys.
Kit smiled the whole way to the house, like if it was the first time he was going to spend the night. We quickly settled in, put our stuff away, I started to cook dinner for us when there was a knock on the door, nobody knows we live here so...
"I'll get it, I heard Kit yell form the living room" I heard a familiar voice, no, could it be.

Kit POV

I swung the door open and there was this woman standing there a huge smile on her face, she was tall, she was thin and had light brown hair it was wavy and neck length , her skin was white and freckled, she wore a pair of thick glasses that framed her beautiful green eyes, she had a button nose that was cover in freckles
"You must be Kit, I'm Sue I've heard a lot about you" she said pulling me into a hug, I was confused
"Ming... t-there's a wo-" I was cut off by Sue running into the house
"Mom!" I heard Ming yell, they met at the living room, running into each other's arms, wait did he say mom didn't I meet his mo- oh, I'm an idiot, completely forgot his mom got married to a woman this must be her. I walked into the living room and sat next to Ming
"Ah, Kit I'm sorry if I startled you, but I was so excited to see you, Ming and May tell me a lot about you" May being Ming's other mom
"What are you doing here! When did you get here!" Ming said excitedly
"Well, I arrived yesterday, I wanted to be with your Mom I didn't want her to be alone during these hard times" Sue lowered her voice, I looked at Ming and his gaze was fixed on the floor, and suddenly it hit me, the pressure Ming was feeling wasn't just the house, it was something else something worse
"What difficult times" I mumbled, I wasn't prepared for what I was about to hear
"Oh, well I guess you haven't heard, Aim suffered a miscarriage" all I heard was the word miscarriage, that definitely was way worst than buying your boyfriend a house
"I was in America with Aim and my siblings when she started feeling off, she said she was in pain, they took her to the hospital and there it was announced she had a miscarriage, I came here, I came to May as soon as I could" she continued
"Well I'll get going, I just wanted to see you and your home" she left almost immediately after the devastating news, that were new to me. I take everything horrible I said about P'Aim back, she didn't deserve any of this, not even if she has to pretend to like her moms, nobody deserves to have a miscarriage. Ming slowly got up and went to the kitchen, he sat down at the table and slowly started to eat his dinner. We really needed talk about this, I needed him to talk about it. I didn't want him to just keep it inside, I wanted him to be able to talk to me.
