Chapter 3

*Ashley's POV*

Cameron and I went back upstairs to the hotel room and found Nash asleep.

"We should do a smack cam on him." Cameron whispered in my ear.

"Well you better smack him because when ever I did it he beat me up.." Cameron nodded.

"You can record for vine." He said. Cameron handed me his phone. It was already on the vine camera. Cameron ran out of the bathroom with shaving cream in his hand.

"Ready?" He whispered. I nodded my head. I started recording and he smacked Nash a couple seconds after I started recording.

"DUDE WHAT THE HELL?! IM TRYING TO SLEEP!" He yelled. Me and Cameron started laughing. Nash went into the bathroom to clean his face.

When he came back he smiled at both of us.

"Haha, very funny! Ashley where were you? You didn't tell me where you went, I was really worried!" Nash said.

"Don't worry Nash, she was with me." Cameron said.

"Ok, well next time tell me. There's going to be a thunder storm tonight, so if you get scared me and Cameron are here." Nash said. I nodded my head.

Cameron smiled at me.

"Don't worry, I'm here for you. If you get scared...you can sleep in my bed." He said giving me a hug. I hugged him.

"Thanks Cam." I said and smiled.

I laid down on the couch. Later, I heard a small crash of thunder. It got louder. I got scared, so I walked over to Cameron's bed and got under the covers. He rolled over.

"You scared?" He asked. I nodded my head.

"I know we're friends but...do you want to cuddle? Like just to calm you down?" He said. I smiled.

"Sure." I rolled over. He put his arm around me. I smiled. Then I thought for a moment. "What will Nash do if he sees me cuddling with Cameron?" I knew he meant just to sleep next to him. I forgot about it and closed my eyes.

When I woke up, I saw Cameron still asleep. I had to admit it...he looks cute when he's asleep. I looked over at Nash. It looked like he was still asleep too.

When Cameron was awake he yawned. He rubbed his eyes and looked at me and smiled.

"Morning, did you sleep ok?" He asked. I smiled.

"Yes, thanks Cam for calming me down.." I said.

"No problem!" He said. He got up and went into the bathroom. When Cameron came back I took a picture of both of us and I posted it on Instagram.

"So when does school start for you?" Cameron asked. (They are in High School. Seniors)

"I think maybe in 2 months.." I said.

"Yeah, me too." He said smiling.

Then I remembered something...Caleb! I haven't texted him until after we got here, which was 3 days ago.

"To: Caleb"

Hey sorry I haven't talked to you I've been busy...what's up with you?

"From: Caleb"

That's ok. I've been busy too. Do you think we can hang out when you come back? I've been playing basketball, thought I could teach you if you wanted.

"To: Caleb"

Sure! That would be awesome!

I said bye to Caleb and turned off my phone.

Nash was awake now.

"Hey do you two want to go to the beach?" Nash asked us.

"Sure!" Cameron said.

"Sure.." I said. I went into the 2nd bathroom in our room and changed into my 2 piece swimsuit (a bikini). I put on sunscreen and grabbed a towel and covered my self with it. I walked out of the bathroom and waited for Cameron to get out of the other bathroom.

I felt safe around Cameron, I also felt safe around Nash and Hayes too though. But Cameron was like one of my BEST friends I've ever had besides Caleb.

When Cameron got out of the bathroom, I smiled at him. He smiled back.

"You didn't have to wait for me you know." He said.

"I wanted to. Cause I feel safe with you...same with Nash and Hayes though.." I said. He smiled. We walked downstairs together.
